Your "mileage" may vary. In this case, your "inch-age" may vary.

I lost nothing in length. Did not think to measure my girth. But then, I had no complicating factors and did not delay in seeking treatment.

Most men lose nothing, by comparison measures taken immediately before surgery compared to a few months after implant....if they do followup properly.

There are many variables. Some men depend on memories of long-ago youthful size and compare that to the size they have after decades of atrophy due to lack of regularly occurring erections, increased pubic fat pad over their pelvic bone, or loss of elasticity from scar tissue (peyronie's disease or the like) or contracture from prostate surgery (or the like).

A few men gain a little in length. Most lose some and get it back over months of cycling their implants. A few lose size permanently. (A lot of that last bit, I think, due to difficulties in surgery either because of lack of skill or things beyond the surgeon's control, thus finding a highly experienced surgeon or one who has trained VERY well is important!)

I had my implant back in January of 2020. I lost both length and girth. I knew almost immediately that I had lost size. Six months later I have gained most of my size back.

I only had ED for 9 months after an RP. I didn't loose any length. I lost girth because I have no natural filling because they removed all my nerves during the RP.

Yep.....’Lost’ has it just about right
I settled both length and girth-wise after about 18 months of cycling and fucking.
I’m a bit over 7” inflated and close to 6” around.
My best tip is to have patience and play with it as often as you can!

Think most do not loose anything. Go to a good Dr. Think one that does then regularly.
I saw 3 guys that do implants. 2 told me I would be the same size and told me what I would be after. I have asked to guys on here. They said that measurements they gave where accurate.
One guy I asked about the implant. He was like yeah can put one in. I asked him does he do lots of them. He changed subject. Asked him how big I would be after don’t think he knew. Think if I asked him to change my transmission he would have said okay.
The 2 others do them regularly. Both injected me and measured me.
They both told me the same size. They have to inject you to tell you the size.
Injection gives you a bonner. Dr I know does more of them told me that he has to tell me that I could lose length and width. He told he has been doing it for long time and it does not happen.
Not telling you to go to him. Just telling you see someone that does lots of them.
It is sort of like an art. Friends wife got a boob job. Looks good. Few years later she got a face lift from same guy. She looks like a clown. Some do good boobs some do faces.
In full disclosure, I have asked the same question. That’s what I come up with.
Sorry best I got. I did not get it done because I was not happy with what I would end up with after. I have been trying to stretch to get larger. I don’t get larger I am not getting implant.
Glad I found this site before i saw the surgeons. I had lots of good questions to ask.

All my research and chats prior to implantation said to hope for the same but may have some loss. Perito was clear the length wouldn’t really increase, but as was said, situations can produce different outcomes without people sharing the details.

With the gentle over sizing of my implant, I’m already thicker than I was pre-implant by @1/2 an inch. As I’m just starting my cycling, the base stings and is the most unusual to get used to do to the increase. Most sites I read mentioned a possible girth increase.

Now, the length I can access is about the same right now as before the surgery. Where I’m different is I stand to increase from 6 to @ 8 as I continue to cycle and as the fluid retention from having my fat pad removed. That being said, the implant isn’t making me any longer; I’m just thicker and will have the length I always had beneath my fat pad.

After 20cm +2RTE Titan OneTouch 3 wks ago, length decr 1”. Pain after 10 pumps & so far can’t stand the pain for 15 min. Not happy unless get 1” longer.

I did not loose lenght with implant.
Implant helped me recover 1 inch from 2+ inches I lost due to prostate removal secondary to Ca.
Comparing to what I had before prostate removal and what I had all my adult life (6.5 inches), I am still shorter 1 inch.
