Size after implant

I gained about 1/8” in length when fully inflated, while gaining 3 inches when flaccid.
My girth is the same, although the shape changed from cylindrical to ovoid.

I have read that everyone loses an inch in both length and girth.
Is that true? What have your experienced?

Not true at all. I lost NOTHING in length or girth. Most guys on here will tell you the same. If you had a good, high volume doctor, you should not lose any size.

Right sizing is the main thing. Titan implant failed at 10 months. Was at 6.75 inches when it quit working. One year I had revision to lgx. So now at 1 year 4 months with an implant. 1 year with titan including 2 months of no cycling plus 4 months with the lgx I am still at just over 6.75.

I got most of my loss back from peyronies. Only short a fraction of an inch do I am happy.

Fyi. This might cause a stir but my wife prefers the ams feel of the cylinders. She thinks it feels more natural. I also went from 19 total cylinder length with titan to 20 cm with lgx. So after 1 year of cycling the revision added 1 cm.
