How increase length & girth after implant?

I’m 4 wks post-op, cycling 1x per day per doc instructions. But I lost 1 1/2” & can only pump 10 times b4 pain hits max & can only last 15 min b4 I have to deflate. I’ve read here that my length should return, but what can I do to accelerate the increase? Of note, it feels like the pain is due to tight cavernosa not from external skin limitation. Any thoughts on the limiting factor?

Cycle religiously daily several times a day and be patient. It's not an instant fix but if you still feel pain, especially in the front tips when inflating, you still have stretch going on and it will happen but there's no instant fix. Just keep at it and be patient.

Not sure when you had the surgery, but most men have to wait about six weeks before you start cycling, but even then if it is the first time, it takes time for the penis to get used to the cylinders. There probably is still with some swelling. But just stroke it for a few minutes until the pain starts going away. Eventually you will be the champ at stroking that big boy. LOL

Implanted four weeks ago yesterday. Started pumping Wednesday. I pop two extra strength Tylenol and when pain starts getting rough soak in a super hot tub for rest of time (filled to max for an hour when I can) two times daily. It stings and aches but getting better. Bob it back and forth after pumping and try pump again to be sure it is max.

I cycled twice a day....20 mins in the morning while I got ready for work and then at night for up to an hour......for 18 months...yes that’s right 18 months!
