74 days since surgery. 46 days of cycling…
Flaccid 4.5
Not Bone pressed sort of between 4.75 Dash five
Bone pressed 5.5
Slowly but surely… Absolutely religious about cycling… seemingly not a huge difference between not been pressed and flaccid yet… but getting much better… getting much happier with this thing… Girlfriend is treating it like a freaking Chia pet pumping it up and watching it grow LOL we are only measuring when we both really want to know if there’s been any growth… This is an every day or even every week… Just kind of when we are curious… I will update it as I keep going… I think it’s a good thing to show people that cycling does work…

Day 163: flaccid 5 inches, bone pressed 5.25, girth 4.25 roughly… as you can see, my bpl has shrunk about 25 inches. I’ve mentioned this a couple of times in posts but, for the journal, I’ve got this golf ball size lump in the left cylinder… The proximal stitches did not heal properly or came loose so, the proximal portion of that cylinder is kind of just floating around my ball sack… this, in return has shrunk in the amount that I can get it when it is erect… it is shorter non-bone pressed erect than it is when it is flaccid… It comes in around 4.75… i’m talking to a different surgeon as it is difficult for me to afford the $3000 it is going to take to get my original surgeon to redo it… One weird thing is that I can still stretch it to about 6 inches… anyway, it’s still usable for penetrative sex so, we are still working on the baby situation but, there’s some issues with her fertility also so, keep us in your thoughts… I’m sorry for all of the typos, my phone is not reading back when I am voice typing...

Hope things get better soon.
Reading your journal..I cant seem to find out..whats your age.
You mentioned 3K..is that total cost of the revision surgery. Did your insurance pay for the first surgery and implant etc.

If you can stretch to 6 then that's the limit of your tunica and thus you are undersized. A pretty solid arguement to put foward.
The lgx expands a good bit, but you're almost 6 months post op. Do you think that's it? I would have my doubts that you'll get much more.
You're such a strong character you'll get there.

Correction, WhiteCane is almost 9 months out. He got his implant around the time I did and mine was October 28th, 2019. I'll be 9 months in less just over 2.5 weeks.

First of all, thank you for all of the responses! To try to clear some stuff up that was brought up in the comments, I’m 32 years old… The $3000 I was referring to is what the surgery for revision will cost after my insurance pays their part “estimate“ if I go to my previous surgeon who was out of network… I can get it done by a urologist more local to the city I live in with zero co-pay because my other insurance can pick up the additional 20%… as far as the stretch goes, I showed the new urologist a picture I have a Viagra induced erection before I had my surgery… My girlfriend took it as a reference and she is standing there topless and in panties holding the ruler and taking a picture… You can see her in a mirror in the background so, she’s asked me to not share that one LOL. Anyway, in that, the ruler reads 6.75… The doctor said he can’t promise anything but he’s quite confident it’s only stretching that far because of that left cylinder issue… he’s a much younger guy and promised he’s going to try his hardest to fix that issue… He doesn’t know if that’s it for sure but, he’s about 90% confident… The picture was taking last time I was able to get an erection for a long enough time to get a picture before implants… “The longest Viagra erection I was able to get ever was only for about 40 seconds“… so, keeping my fingers crossed… surgery was way back in October so, I’m hoping something can be done… I’d be willing to live with even six… it really is not a big concern to the girlfriend but, it really kind of hurts to be used to one thing and then have a lot less… but, at least it’s hard, right?

Ah I understand, that's just me not reading correctly! It's difficult to keep track.
Thanks, Waynetho.
I'm 32 too, so my heart goes out to you WhiteCane, young man!
I appreciate that your surgeon is young (we can have to learn from experience, god knows the mistakes I've made....) and I respect that he's honest and going to try to make things right, however, you're a young man and need to get this right. Maybe going for a more experienced surgeon is justified?
I realise such a discussion could be difficult, but it's maybe something to consider? What do you think?
Thanks, Waynetho.

I'm in the same boat. Was close to 6.5" in my hey day, after the implant it's just over 5". Never was able to cycle at first because it hurt too much, on top of I didn't know you were supposed to do that until I found FT at 5 months post. Surgeon never mentioned anything other than "go use it".
At 5+ months out I began cycling every other day. After a few weeks there was no noticeable difference so I quit. I am pissed about being so short but like you said, at least it gets hard.
After the rough time I had healing from the initial surgery a revision probably isn't going to happen unless there's a failure in my Coloplast. I know more can be gained because I also have a bunch of skin that can be pulled up when fully inflated. The other side is co-pay, can't afford another $3,000.

Yeah, I really would like to see a more experienced surgeon, to be quite honest… The second thought my girlfriend and I had was to save our pennies and just keep on focusing on what’s going on with her fertility… she is paying off a PhD and I am working on my MD so, the money isn’t necessarily easy to come by right now if we want this kid as badly as we are sure we do… I interviewed two other surgeons… Both of them each threw up one or two red flags… The only red flag this guy threw up is that he was so young… he had all of the right answers and was extremely honest about my expectations… So, yeah... i’ve read through tons of posts about people that have settled for surgeons with lesser experience and they definitely scared me but, the reality is that I need to live within my means for a little bit… my means would allow me to go to a better surgeon but, it may take a year with the $13,000 my girlfriend and I have spent between us in fertility treatments on both ends in the past year… she assures me that my size right now is 100% average in comparison to what she has seen… We’ve both seen it at the 6.75 and honestly, we like that a little bit more LOL… this surgeon has told me that if there is any scar tissue, he can get rid of it during the surgery but, that doesn’t necessarily promise me any weekend length… With that being said, I trust you guys from experience, do you think I should go for it with the local young guy and his extreme confidence or wait a year for someone with a proven track record?

Here is a unpopular response. I did visit your first surgeon and 4 hours of travel. I was not impressed. He kept leaving the exam room and got rude when I asked about length. I lost 3" with peyronies. He said we could put a Titan in and left the room. My ultrasound was canceled as well. I decided to use a young surgeon at a local large city Ivy league University Health system. Bottom line, he removed plaque, reconstructed the scrotum because of webbing. The pump would not be secure with the extra skin. He also did plication. The skin below the gland split during the implant. He stitched that as well. 97 degree bend pre-op and today I and straight. PD is gone. He knew what he was doing. Post op was not bad and any fears and concerns he saw me the next day. I regained about 2 inches with aggressive cycling. While he is not a you tube legend, he his published in various journals. He promised he would do his best. He delivered on that promise. I felt I could trust him. He showed concern for my issues. It did not cost me 24K, because they actually got it covered. I have referred others too him and they are all pleased.
