As my signature says, I was fitted with 20 CM cylinders and 1 CM RTE with the CL 125 reservoir. I am 11 days since surgery and everything is great at this point.

Congrats and wishing you great success with the new toy.

Thank you very much. All is well at this point.

I have the distinction of having both implanted. Having severe peyronies, plaque, hourglass, etc. Several urologists told me I needed a titan to fix it. So I had a titan put in. Day 1 fixed my peyronies.

The stiff cylinders of the titan straightened me up. No more bend, no plaque, no hourglassing. After 10 months cycling, I was at 6.75 inches pumped up.

At 1 year I had a revision to an lgx. Really nervous due to spending years dealing with peyronies, shrinkage, bending, plaque, hourglass. Titan cylinders fixed all that. Now doc said let's put lgx in. You are straight and ams cylinders will keep you there. You will like the cylinders so much better.

He was right. I love these cylinders. Pretty soft deflated. Pretty natural feel. Pumped up they are hard and rigid. It is noticeable how different they are from the titan. No dog ears period. The only hard part is still the tips. Hate the pump though. The titan pump was much smaller.

I had no issue with the titan pump. Worked great and deflated fine with one push. Just pump it and it inflated. Push button. It went down.

Ams pump. Big, square edges, bumps up against stuff. Designed by a sadist who wants to torture your testicles. To inflate you MUST give one firm pump and feel a pop. No pop, no inflation. Then you can inflate. To deflate push the button hard and hold. You hear it gurgling for sure.

They both deflate just fine for me.

Which one really is no big deal to me. Am I straight, am I hard, can I use it, can I put it back in my pants and stow it. Can I pull it out to pee. Either model, I am good. Love them both. Pros and cons to both but would take either one. That pretty much says it all.

There is one solid advantage the Titan has over ams cx. It's use in men with severe peyronies. With a 97 degree bend up. The Ams would have been a failure. I interviewed many urologist, including the legends mention on frank talk. Five surgeons Titan and 1 ams. I did not have ED. I had PD. Titan will expand against the plaque. The name means nothing. I lost 3 inches to PD and I have regained almost 2" in length. The cylinders of the Titan corrected the remaining plaque. Also, I had plaque removed. Today 6.5 months post-op I am arrow straight and more girth then prior to PD. Everything works like it did prior to PD. Titan does give you a new flaccid state.

I’ve had both and the AMS was by far my favorite

I had a 15 degree bend from PD. My Dr installed a AMS700lgx 15 + 5cm rte. It straightened me out ,BUT, my dr kept me 80-90% pumped for 4 weeks. Eeeek that hurt. Thought I was going to die. I never have sex with a 100% pump. To hard and actually painful from the inside out. Even though my flaccid is larger than ever before, it is easy to stow away and not noticable.

I was so scared to go from titan to ams lgx because of my peyronies. So far all is good. Just hate the pump. To big.
