Re: Venous leak
I posted your question as a Google search. Got some interesting results from legitimate medical journal publications. Here is one.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/15611567/
It seemed to me that leaking veins would be a body's natural "cure" for priapism, so perhaps priapism could induce your body to make the occlusive ability of your veins less efficient. Just a guess. I have not read the several articles presented by Google.

I did not say that. I speculated that. I searched for legitimate medical papers that sought to answer the question, but can only vouch for the reliability of peer-reviewed professional journals. I leave conclusions to the experts and to you to answer for yourself. But it did seem to me that the answer MIGHT be, "perhaps, but probably only in a portion of cases, there being MANY other causes, also".

I have no experience with the condition either personally nor (known) among any acquaintances or friends. I can relate, though (but VERY little). When I was a teenager, sometimes morning wood was so strong and so persistent that I could not urinate until it went down. Usually a few minutes would do the trick. Frustratingly, masturbating would have worked in theory, but with a bladder straining to pee, concentrating on an orgasm was difficult.
I do not make light of your condition, though. Difficulty maintaining an erection is frustrating. Difficulty relieving a persistent erection adds danger to frustration. I do not know your problem, but I pray you find a solution/treatment/relief/answer.
