I know the video you are referring to, but I had two separate incisions; one to repair and remove the cause of my Peyronie’s Disease, then the penoscrotal incision to install the implant. I healed quite well with full sensation everywhere. I have no regrets in having the surgery, except that I should have had it done years prior and maybe it wouldn’t have been so extensive and cost me penis length.

Did you get the cadaveric pericardium tissue graft, or one harvested from your body, a synthetic graft or from another source? I think Coloplast has Human Cadaveric Pericardium under the trade-name "Tutoplast".

I only had about 45 degree bend and it was an upward bend instead of to left or right, but my doctor cleaned up some plaque from the inside. He had a lot of plaque he removed in my crus but I think one of the customary procedures that even Dr Kramer utilizes for moderately severe plaque is to score it with a tool to allow it to break when he initially inflates and models the penis. With a full inflation the surgeon can bend against the curve and break the scar tissue to straighten the penis. As long as it's not a large open spot, the plaques are still attached and add a shield to prevent the cylinder from developing an aneurism.

My surgeon said he wouldn't graft because of the possible complications and he had good results with simply pumping up and "CRACKING" the plaques to release them or open them up. I'm arrow-straight, nine months later and at (I believe) 75 days I started remodeling out a bit of remaining up-turn curve and 10 days later it was virtually gone. I can still feel the nickel-sized plaque floating around on my right-side dorsal area but it's not constricting the expansion of the cylinder or my penis and isn't causing a curve anymore.

I've seen surgeons "score" the plaque areas from the inside to improve the chances of breaking the plaques with modeling.

My personal thought on *ANY* traction after implantation is that it's probably a very bad idea. You will have hard plastic tips in the left and right corpus cavernosum and they will be up into your glans or head of your dick. Any strapping of your dick into a stretching device, even if it doesn't damage the implant, would no doubt be excruciating due to the pressure exerted on the delicate tissues between the hard plastic tips and the snare of the traction device.

You might even cause unexpected complications such as dislocating the tips or damaging the implant. Pulling on the penis almost certainly will affect either the front tips in the glans or the rear tips in the crus and could cause some injury to you or damage to the implant.
