AMS 700 front tip coming out after 1 yr of use. Very Painful

After 1 yr of use the front tip is very painful and I can see it poking out. I have a call out to my urologist. I also called AMS.

AMS Rep told me to go to ER because it is an emergency. My hospital is run by the Franciscans. A new hospital is being built near by. Seattle is a couple of hours away by ferry boat or freeway. I am working on it, I might go to my local ER and be sent by helicopter to Seattle. They are having riots in Seattle now. I am waiting for a return call. Thanks.

Is the tip through the glans or coming out the urethral opening (meatus)? If it eroded through the glans and your not in eminent danger of not being able to void urine, it's less of an emergency but nonetheless - keep it clean and as sterile as possible. They will no doubt explant you and repair the damage before putting in something else.

Did you practice complete deflation of your implant regularly or did you typically keep it with some pressure still in it? Most doctors state that keeping the implant inflated risks erosion just as you are seeing.

EDIT: I see from your signature that you went from 18 cm total (15+3) on your first to 19.5 cm total (18+1.5) on your revision. That makes me think they may have oversized your implant and that might have contributed to the erosion, just as much as possibly practicing full-time partial inflation.

The trick is that you HAVE TO CYCLE EVERY DAY. That stretches length and girth and prevents scar tissue making it easier to upsize me... Just like McDonalds fries

True, Charlie, but his first implant was only about 19 months old when he received his most recent one just over a year ago. I'm not sure but I would think 1.5 years isn't enough to get a significant size improvement during a revision. That being said, I suspect that his issue might be more related to chronic inflation because everything I have heard and read regarding that practice indicates it's a bad habit to get into that can lead to tip erosion.

Yea, I completely deflate mine and I cycle twice a day for at least 30 minutes. I have gained 1.17 inches in length and 1.5 inches in girth. I love my new dick and can't wait to get my 18...
