Of course, people constantly stare at my big flaccid, I’m aroused 24/7 - can make love for hours.
How couldn’t I be constantly remindet of that precious gift?

I had to revive this because I am constantly, and I mean constantly, still reminded that I have an implant. Its uncomfortable when I bend down to pick something up, when sitting down, or just standing! I cannot wear underwear, even after 5 months. The slight pressure to keep Fred down is enough to make things uncomfortable. There is no such thing as completely deflated because either AMS or Titan rods, just by themselves, give you a chubby.
Does this ever go away (asking the more experienced guys)?

Every time I pull my dick out, at the least. Mine is only uncomfortable when it hangs "down and to the left". I do have to "adjust" it fairly often. I love having it! Good luck man!!

I had my AMS Implant January 9,2020. I love my implant and am just beginning to experience more normal flaccid look to my cock. I always enjoy a more plump look and feel to my cock. I cannot explain this but since I received my implant my libido seems to always be through the roof! I am 67 yrs old and could not have ask for a better outcome. It makes me think and feel like I am in my forties.
66 yr old male married 36 yrs use trimix four yrs, cilais and Viagra. trimix work well developed scarring on both sides had implant 1/9/2020 at UT Med Ctr, Knoxville, TN Dr. John Lacy.

I am of average size and my uninflated AMS LGX-filled penis (while larger than my previous flaccid - I was a "grower") is very nearly as comfortable and discreetly concealable as my previous flaccid unimplanted penis.

Having said that, my penis is significantly longer than my previous flaccid and somewhat girthier. But since size is average, not a problem. If I were larger, even the more flexible AMS implant would be an issue I would have to address.

Perhaps it is because I usually wear underwear that keeps things "organized" down there. My penis points up against my belly, so dressed.

To answer the subject line questionL Yes, I am constantly reminded --- by my girlfriend.

Points up? If I tried that right now, I would be jumping out of my skin!!!
I have to let things hang:), but whichever way you wear your dick, does it feel like a part of you? After 5 months, I can honestly say NO!

I got used to it. I can tell there is an implant there when I deploy for urination and sometimes if I have to adjust for it getting caught cross-wise.

The pump and valve block was another matter entirely. High and left, I am almost always aware of it and for the first years was quite uncomfortable, especially when getting in or out of my car (there was a learning period there). Still is uncomfortable occasionally.

Oh, OK, that makes me feel better:).
Patience, patience, patience...but damn, it is hard to do sometimes (no pun).
I gotta find the right way to fuck, 'cause doggy is not good for me. When I get behind, it did not bother me before the ops. but now....there is a learning curve here:(

Yes, I am constantly reminded of my Titan cylinders inside my penis.
Hate angle and how it looks deflated. It is hard to hide it in the scrubs .
Counting days until I get rid of my Titan.
Looking forward to AMS implant on 8.19.20.

I never give mine a thought. I'm no more consciously aware of it than I am of my artificial aortic valve. It's there and it does its job (which in the case of my Titan involves nothing more than draining my bladder), which is all I ask of it.
