The good part is not their dollar 99 worth of stuff in a silicone pouch that you received. They have hours of video education that you have to watch about health relating to sexual function and relationship. They also include exercises, healthy eating programs. IMO, for those who are not physical fit and not having a healthy life style, following their programs may fundamentally improve their health including the sexual function.

Unfortunately for me, I have been exercising at gym 5~6 days a week (before COVID-19), 16% body fat, eating healthy, retired without stress or relationship problem, The clamp with the rubber band didn't make difference in my erection as claimed. The biggest advantage is the ring is not pressing the urethra, therefore no back up pressure during ejaculation. Hooking the tiny strong rubber band over the legs of the clamp while you can't see is not too easy. Slipping the whole assembled ring over flaccid penis is no problem, but if the ring can effectively prevent blood outflow, can block blood going in to get an erection ( I need all the help I can get, not over obstacle course) . You can forcefully spread the legs of the assembly over erect penis, that requires lube (no problem) and good hand strength.

I also got the Xialla, It seems to be a little more promising. I am afraid I may have some sizing issue, I hope it will work out. It took a long time to ship (shortage during COVID) , but they are very good in responding to questions. Will report back.

I got the Giddy and it was a complete waste of money because I could not use it. The plastic is too inflexible and hurts to much to use. I have scar tissue across the top of my penis base from peyronnies or damage caused by having sex with an inadequate erection. The Xialla on the other hand works great for me. I use 18 units of a quadmix, lube up and apply the Xialla cock ring. The ring is easy to apply and remove. It pulls the testicles back out of the way exposing your maximum penis length. It does not retard my ejaculation. I started with the middle size but have just recently bought the biggest size and I use it every week. I had a girth increase over time using VED and Kegel exercises.

You are right the Giddy is a scam. However the Xialla is the real deal for me and well worth the money. I started with O rings both on penis and around balls and had some success that way but they tend not to stay where they are needed. Try the Xialla and you will forget about the O rings. You can use every inch you have available.

I made one from a piece of #10 wire. nice cock ring but wayy overpriced. Other cock rings I have made are two turns of #12 wire and rubber bands snipped from bicycle inner tube. These are safe since removal is easy.

Has anyone used both the Xialla and Osbon tension band. I currently need two Osbon bands in order to maintain an erection. Will the Xialla generate a similar amount of tension?

I have tried the Giddy clamp. I was given a sample to review on my website.

I found it to be a little easier to put on and take off than other rings and constriction bands. It comes in several sizes, so you get a good fit. There are two different tension bands so you can control the "tightness." Overall, I think it's a good product.

However, it is VERY expensive - over $100 - for a few dollars worth of plastic. In my opinion, it's better than other clamps, but not that much better, than things you can buy for less than $10.

If you have lots of money to spend, by all means, give it a try. (They even offer a money-back guarantee if you're not happy with it.). But for most people, I think the difference is just not worth the price.

Knowingn I wil repeat other posts, i also call it a scam, a waste of money and useless. To return it you must go through video after video after video. Then, try getting the ridiculous amount of money you spent on a 2 cent piece of plastic refunded. Dont buy!
