No I did not grow, I was thicker then I was before op the first two months but that came back to my normal width.
I might be just just slightly oversized when it comes to the length so it´s hard to push the width when the implats don´t really max out on the length. We are talking about maybe 1/2 cm oversized but there is alot of tension under man gland when fully pumped up.

With that said..my width and length is just as it was before implant.

This is definitely a goal. Don't know about the 4x/day, as I am just starting and don't know where that will fit in with work, but where there is a will...

I did 4 times a day the first month then down to about two times a day.
for a couple of months.

Now a year down the road I cycle about 3-4 times a week

I am very surprised, your penis head ( glans) was twice as big before implant compared to post implant glans engorgment.
Your blood supply to corpora spongiosa should not be affected at all.

Softhard, what are your erect dimensions now? Length and girth? It may be here in the many posts, but speed read and sometimes miss detail.

To me the last engorged glans and the pre-op engorged glans pic look pretty similar to me.

It's super interesting the comments about being slightly oversized and that's constricting expansion of girth.

Being unable to maximally inflate the implant and thus fill out the girth fully due to being slightly oversized is very interesting.
It makes sense to me. It's the first that I have heard of this.
Maybe with time your length will gradually increase, allowing you to fully inflate, that would be ideal eh?

Regarding the glans, it depends very much on arousal. It looks good to me anyway.
I can't believe it's been a year already, softtohard.

The gland is about the same size when it is engorged. The pictures you are comparing is when the dick is pumped up but not aroused compared to a picture of the old "normal" dick being aroused.
