I feel u. It’s not all sunshine and rainbows. It felt unnatural for a day or two. But honestly. I’m giving Everything in how I feel. No fakeness. Most days. I don’t even notice it. And don’t have that feeling. I had it that way for 2 days last week. And I think it’s because I “massaged “ It too much. It was over used. Like even with natural there’s such a thing as too much.
Anyways. It’s the best decision I’ve made. And there are very few cons or downsides and the pros far out way the cons

My recovery was pretty rough for a patient of Eid's. Most of the time his patients will inflated after 4 days. For me it was 13 days. I had sex after 21 days, but would have been sooner if I just had met my wife any sooner. Did the first time I saw her after the surgery...

Anyway, the pain, or discomfort, you mention - I had it as well. Can't really remember now for how long, but definitely for a few months I had some sort of dull "pain" in the shaft and scrotum after usage in the beginning. Nothing unbearable, just uncomfortable. It would linger for a couple of hours, and then just disappear. More after masturbation than after sex for some weird reason.

The feeling of "having something inside me", yes it was there for a long time. Couple of years. But I think that is the price to pay for having a Titan. The unmatched hardness, rigidity and girth doesn't come for free. The AMS is like a soft little balloon in your dick. This is more robust stuff. But I promise you, the super hardness will remain, but the flaccid feeling will getter and better as time goes by.
Nowadays I never feel my implant unless someone pokes me in the crotch...

What mattered in the beginning for me was the inflation level. The harder I inflated, the more of that feeling. Both during sex and after.
First year I did something like 20 pumps and thought I could do no more because then it didn't feel good. Now I do 60-70. Of course, that is not 70 full wall-to-wall pumps. I can do perhaps 30 of those, then I just get gradually more shallow pumps till I get to around 70 and then just cannot squeeze one more drop even if using two hands and six fingers with full force. But nowadays, there is no discomfort whatsoever even at this ridiculous hardness.

So just accept that you need more time to reach the final product.

I have 24 cm Titan, you have 24+1, so your size will likely be roughly the same as mine. I was 16.5 cm before surgery, 15.5 right after surgery, 17.5 nowadays. Girth didn't change much, 14 cm before surgery, 14.4 now.
All measurements bone pressed with arousal (i.e. blood filled glans and shaft).

That’s awesome to hear. I’m glad that the length grows a bit. I’m honestly happy with the 0.4 inch loss. But if it gets back to what it was and more that’s a welcome bonus for sure. The hardness is absolutely unmatched. I got a story. And the pain is def more intense only after orgasm. Sex or masturbation. But I’ve noticed a huge difference in regards to that from day 30 to now which is day 48. So I bet it will be gone within a couple months if not sooner. The feeling of implant also comes around those times but has also gotten better for sure.

For the story. Another Update:
Got with second girl so far since implant.
Had sex about 6 times in one night and day cap. Was amazing. Each time lasted at least 30 min. Could have gone longer but she honestly had enough after 30. Reason. She said my penis is so hard. She never felt that before. She orgasmed 4 times within the first 10 mins. Insane. Never had anything close to that. And it’s because of the hardness. Nothing else. My thrusting was normal. Another update:
I’m bored here in Quarantine times. And it sucks cuz right when I get my implant and can have sex without worry everything shuts down and I can’t put to much good use. Although I have found my ways.
I’m 61 days post op. The pain I was getting a couple weeks back after orgasm is still there although it is significantly less. It was about a 5-6 in pain discomfort for an hour or 2. Now it’s about a 3 for like 1-2 hrs. Can’t complain too much.
After lots of sex my penis will get sore and sensitive. Even with lube. But I guess that just the life of normal sex. It goes away pretty quickly.
And this is without any painkillers
In the beginning I was using a lot of ibuprofen before to ease pain
Also. Girl on top is a lot less painful. Almost no pain. But it might just be this new girl compared to the other one. But I bet it’s the recovery process continuing.

Just another update.
Im at 5 months post op and I wanted to say. It’s soo much better. No more pain or discomfort at all after masturbation. Absolutely none. No unnatural feeling of having something inside or wanting it out. It feels basically normal. Just amazing. I never thought it would ever feel this natural. I don’t even remember that I have an implant.
Works perfect. I don’t really inflate or pump anymore. Only when I have to use it. It doesn’t shrink. That’s a myth.

I also have a Titan for almost 2 years now and my Titan never feels nor looks normal. Every hour I am awake I feel that foreign body in my penis. I fell it in everything I do, I feel it when walking, running, lifting waits, excercising, even when sitting and doing nothing.
I am prostate cancer survivor and I lost 2+ inches of length and some girth due to prostate removal and inability to have erection for 2 years.
Just before implant my stretched penis length was barely over 4 inches. I was offered Titan by my doc and I accepted it without knowing differences between two brands. He showed me only Titan model without mentioning AMS at all.
I am awaiting revision and can’t wait to get rid off my Titan .
Asked new surgeon for LGX. Flaccid look and feel is of big importance to me. I use it 2-3 times a week for about 1 hour each time but other 165-166 hours a week, I want to feel normal and have nice flaccid look which I never had with my Titan. I see Titan is good for 7 inches and up and those are happy guys. I will never understand why my surgeon offered me Titan when I was so short to start with.

Im sorry to hear that you are having so much trouble. I guess it is possible that the titan is just too stiff for your size or body. Everyone is different. Is it possible that it is also the type of titan? Or the way it was placed? Idk. But whatever you choose I implore to look at Dr. Kramer to do your revision. He is really great and I’m so happy I went with him.
Whatever u choose I hope it works out well. Just know that it is possible to have a good implant that feels completely natural.
