I don't know where that section is, but congrats and best wishes on a quick recovery. I go in for my 5 week post-op checkup on Tuesday. I should be inflating next week. Yippee!

Jbcsatx, very good recovery indeed !! Happy for you that you've a very nice result so far.
Just one question, when you say that you tips go well into the glans while pumper, do you mean that uninflated they do go into it ? Do you notice change in lenght between inflated lenght and uninflated lenght ?

I too have AMS 700 cx and I don't find a lot of reports here made by other implantees. I'm 7 dayspost-op and I pretty bothered that tip get no support from the cylinders. I've 18 cm + 2 cm rear tips (CC 6cm proximal / 14 cm distal). I hope I'll end with a 15 cm (6 inches) hard on assuming that i've already get blood flow in my unit.

Sorry to be so slow to respond about the AMS CX model I had implanted on October 9th. I never asked which AMS device the surgeon was using but came out with the CX. I am very pleased. I know they say the other model allows for length expansion but I tell you-this CX model gives me all the length that would ever be allowed. When pumped up it stretches me to the max and no other model could give me any more length because there is none to give. I owe this to the ability of my surgeon to give a proper fit. I have 21cm plus 1 cm rear extender tips and only 12mm cylinders. I am sure there could be some more girth than what I am getting but the sausage is stuffed and wont allow for any expansion. I was given the instructions to inflate starting earlier than most and I think my size was larger during those early days but I now know that was partially due to swelling and even the initial flaccid size decreased a bit after being completely healed. I am still very satisfied-when flacid the tips are at the base of the glans but when pumped they do extend to almost the tip of the penis. I am still getting used to that bit of discomfort-not pain but you can feel them reaching up to the tip of penis. Dr gave me all he could and because I was not large prior, I lost nothing and what I gained was so much more than another cm or two. The self confidence and the peace this implant has brought me is tremendous-not to mention the increase in flaccid size that puts some "junk" in my briefs has done wonders for my self esteem. I am sure some of you can relate. I went to company Holiday party Saturday and was quiet proud of my new package! The whole experience has been remarkable-I know I am one of the fortunate ones and for that I am thankful. It is a journey that I am thinking may take up to a year to adjust to the new piece of funiture that has been delivered to your most private areas. The pump unit does not hurt and I can sit and squat and move in any direction with no discomfort but it is apparent in the view and touch and actually hangs lower than my testicles but again, I have a tight scrotum and when fully pumped the device pulls up right under the base of my penis which the surgeeon said should losen up with time. The greatest thing in my books was a phone call from a former CX implantee that had had his for over 10 years with nothing but pleasure. I have posted pics in the members only forum so feel free to take a look. I have more I can privately email. Like so many others my reaction is I wish I had done this ten years ago. I packed up all of the ED drugs and sent then to my brother as I no longer need them. That in itself was like getting a raise because they were 25 dollars a session and I used three or 4 a week and I do not miss those side effects. I am an open book and my mission is now to encourage others to not postpone having the procedure. Jim
I am getting a little natural blood flow but not as much as before-no nocturnal erections but do have a bit of flow in the mornings usually. I am hoping that returns but it may not.

Nice report Jim. I am running right behind you. I have the LGX model 21cm with 2cm tip extenders. Working a little ahead of schedule and the hardware is giving me all the software will allow.

More junk to stow is a bit of an adjustment. Nothing painful or sore just a different feeling and a bulge in the shorts where there was none. Second the note on pump placement.

Enjoy your toy. I have thoroughly enjoyed your posts and they helped me with the anticipation jitters.
