Sounds to me like she wants you to be prepared for the release date. You could always mess with her mind a little. Kinda hint a little that you might not be ready on that day. Good late April fools joke.

Your doctor isn't a real doctor then, or is lying to you. Any real doctor knows there is a real link between propecia and ED.

I had glans engorgement issues prior to implant, and still do even though with daily Cialis it has improved somewhat. My glans hardens to maybe half of what I would like it to. Pre-surgery I often used a cock ring which really helped a lot, but I'm unsure about using one now, and it interfering with or causing damage to the implant. Not sure any of the tubing would even be affected, but being recently implanted I am cautious. Guys, your experiences using a ring with your implant?

There is a video from Paul Perito where he details the use of a cockring with an implant.
His robust conclusion is that it will not hurt the implant, they are as hard as nails.
Just keep it away from the tubing.

So I decided to give a cock ring a try this morning. I have some hard rubber-like, stretchable rings in a variety of sizes. Before I inflated I put the ring on which fits around the shaft and balls. Inflated and got ready to fuck, when I realized my glans was very firm. Harder than it's been in years, making anal penetration quit easy, and increased the sensation in my dick. I had to use a much larger ring than I wore pre-implant, which made me feel good LOL. I could actually feel the head of my dick engorging, and see the larger size. Thanks guys!

I have used Intraurethral gel, and it is indeed made by a compounding pharmacy. It does need to be refrigerated, and has a one month shelf life. Unless you and your wife or significant other are like rabbits, it is an expensive drug for only a couple uses in a month timeframe

For what it's worth, I have found that the intraurethral gel has a very long shelf life. I don't use it frequently for a variety of reasons, but have found that as far as I can tell it can be refrigerated for a year without losing any effectiveness. YRMV. The next time I talk with my provider I'm going to ask them if putting it in the freezer would be ok.
