I have actually done the botox in the scrotum for same reason. Dr. Cassavantes in Tijuana does this procedure. It's very safe, It's just a lot of tiny pokes in the skin and they numb your sack with some topical EMLA cream before so doesn't hurt one bit. Problem is the effect is really minimal and it wears off probably after 3 to 4 weeks. It's really not worth the time and effort and cost to get it done. one med that actually works to relax your nuts just as well as botox if not better is tamsulosin or Flomax by it's brand name.
