The truth is, NONE of us know any legitimate details surrounding this case apart from what is said in the article.

Dr. Kramer isn't an idiot, he isn't just going to take a random case to give expert analysis on for no reason. For all we know, this guy that is accused could have been his patient for years. He may have years of records and appointments telling him that this guy had ED for years and he wouldn't have been able to penetrate this girl (as she may be saying)).

I dont know.

You don't know.

So anyone claiming to know one way or another or projecting any type of strong emotion or commentary is shady.

True, but then are not others with opposite experience with Kramer biased? Does that mean then that their comments are useless? DD is not the only one who had problems with Kramer. I have had contact with others. When I first joined this site under a different user name I was contacted by the moderator at the time and informed that IP address had been traced and connected to Kramer for the purpose of promoting him and shouting down anyone who posted other than praise comments for him. At the time a user had a very bad results from him and required a reoperation. I have PM from another. One of Kramer's own video's shows a reoperation of one of his patients with a perforation and the rte and part of the cylinder out of the corpra. Kramer uses scissor's to make room for the cylinders. Another surgeons video shows the use of a rounded rod and the doctor states not to use scissor's as they can cause perforations. There have been others that I have not documented or cannot remember. And not all of his patients post on this board so it would be probable that there are more. So when others heap praise on him on a thread like this should it not also be as important to have the whole story and information on how he handles mistakes? Kramer is not perfect. No one is. How a surgeon handles mistakes no matter how few should be relevant.

You are correct about the rape case that we no not have enough information. And the statement in the article seems to imply that that full and repeated penetration is needed for rape. This is not the case. Only slight single penetration is required in the assault buy any body part or object to meet the legal statute for rape. Again we do not know the details of the case but testimony by doctors for the defense in these cases tend to be on the lower level of the profession. And subject to discredit by the DA under cross backed up by decades of case law and other testimony by highly qualified doctors. So we can only guess why Kramer decided to do this.

I did some reseach on a surgeon. He had a past disciplinary action against him. Not a lot of detail in the report that I read. Best I could tell it likely involved a female staff memeber. I didn't end up seeing him until a year or so had passed.
I realize that my feeling are not always mainstream. But I'm more interested in his skills in the operating room. By waiting, hopefully no more shoes have fallen in that period.
I'm looking for a good surgeon, not on a search for the next religious leader.

Ps. Btw, he seems to know quite a bit about one of our highly recommended surgeons. Strongly implied that the guy had a pretty raw sense of humor. Is this unnamed surgeon going to fall out of favor because of it? Where/when do we draw the line? If Kramer was to face disciplinary action because of this case. I would suggest that would be the time to be concerned.
Lots of public people are less that stellar in their private lives. Deciding at what point that any of us should be concerened is the real trick.

@DonkeyKong,

What exactly happened with Kramer? Did you have bad results? Curious what you feel he lied to you about.

When I go to someone who provides a solution to a problem(s) that I have, for example, a dentist, a mechanic, a surgeon, etc., I'm only concerned with them taking care of my problem.

When any of us go to a dentist, a mechanic, a surgeon, etc., with our problems, they don't ask us if we have been in any kind of trouble. They tell to tell them what problem we want them to fix and if we can pay. That's it.

One of my best friends, R.I.P., was my mechanic first and that mofo had tons of problems lol I didn't care about his problems until we became friends. Point is, when I went to him as a mechanic, his problems were his problems. I was only concerned with getting my problems taken of.

It is so very easy for some here to be a judge on what Dr. Kramer should or should not have done. Just maybe he had some knowledge as to this man and if he had ED in addition to the other items mentioned on the web. I once knew an engineer who also testified in court and when he returned to the office, he was fired as the firm didn't like the fact he spoke out.

Dr. Kramer will be fine as he has helped many of us here and if any of you who complain the loudest don't like him, you're allowed. Try to be fair and we can all hope everything turns out the best.

One more thing I just thought of. Years ago I was on a jury for a Rape trial and we voted to acquit 11-1 as the case was crap. A Black man was charged with rape of a 7 year girl. The defendant had a reason to be at the location the rape was to have happened, the family had different stories, the young girl was asked on the stand what happened and she said "HE FUCKED ME" the defense attorney asked who told her to say that and she said "MY MOMMY". Total set up and one person had decided to convict him at the start no matter what.

Help to know the whole story sometimes.
Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

I met with Dr. Kramer numerous times in 2008 and spent quite a bit of time with him, from initial assessment to several trials of injections (none of which worked) to the surgery and a surgical followup. We conversed quite a bit about ED, Implants, and life in general. I'm a pretty good judge of character, and I never got even the slightest vibe that he was anything other than an honest, decent person. I could be wrong, of course, but I find it hard to believe that he is a liar.

Has 0 bearing on his ability to do good implants. Now as to whether it was a good judgement to do the letter. That is his business.

Wish I could say I have always made smart decisions every time. Sad to say. Nope. Some of mine have led to life altering changes as well.

Like I tell my kids. You cannot change anything you did. If it was right, own it, period. If not, learn and move on. Enough said and do not look back. Can't change it anyway.

He will practice somewhere else. If you want him, wait. If not find another good doc.

Who cares where he performs the surgery so long as they are acceptable to the patient. In my video I saw what he used to expand the area and have never had an issue. There are two member here who if I was a lawyer I'd look into suing them for slander as some things they have said has opened them up to being sued. Remember guys, all records can be opened during a law suit. A fake name used here will not protect you and you need to be accurate in what is said.

I can't understand the hate here by two members. They write like they have FIRST HAND KNOWLEDGE and I tend to believe they are just haters. I opened up and read where he worked and I understand it is a factory for surgery. I liked it when he was at the University and we were not not just a number. I liked the personal touch better then having a Bar Code on my ass. I hope where he goes it gets back to that point as the personal touch is much better for all of us. Dr. Kramer was there for me when needed and for me, did a GREAT job of fixing my ED.

I also like him based on my limited interaction. Besides being a great surgeon, ho offers his candid assessment when prompted. I dont care about his other issues in life.
