Does this increase testosterone levels and it is FDA approved? It seems to be just a food supplement.

My semen was awful because of Propecia, antiandrogens may have terrible side effects but I don't want to lose my hair either.

I tried this once for a month (to be fair you need to take supplements at least three months to determine their effectiveness). After the first week of taking the pills I had an explosive orgasm and I thought to myself, “damn, those pills work”. But the remainder of the month was nothing special. If you ejaculate often your quantity will be diminished regardless, which is why I like to wait a few days before I orgasm again. I will say the list of ingredients is impressive. I take a lot of the ingredients separately but in higher doses along with Vitamin E. I hope this helps.
