So this morning at 7:30 I took a Cialis pool and as of yet I have been unable to get an erection this is really concerning and really starting to mess with my head I have a week off from work and I’d like to get some action in before the past couple of months I haven’t been able to do the work that I’m used to doing I must say that I’m very sad at this point I do have an appointment to see a urologist next Tuesday but as of right now it’s still messing with my head

You may not be able to control your circumstances, but you have complete control over your reaction to them.

I have found in a couple of personal crises that the greatest depressor of my mood is in not knowing either what the problem is or the best way to cure the problem. Getting a clear picture of an answer (or even a path to an answer) to either of those detractors is a TERRIFIC mood lifter. Even if the path is not totally clear, having a movement in any direction gave me a focus and determination that proved beneficial to both my mood and my outcomes.

It takes will. Decide to have will and it will come. All you have to do is really, really want it and the human spirit is able to conjure will, even in the gloom of hopelessness. Desire is the fuel. Directing that desire is a product of intellect. Faith is what lets birds leave the nest for flight. Having wings is what compels them to do so. Having a penis (incapable of erections) compelled me to go for an implant. Sounds like you are on a similar path (if not to an implant, to whatever solution will work for you). Go for it! Countless men have been there ahead of you and prove that well-beaten path is successful.

Cialis is very effective but it is just an erection facilitator, not an erection initiator. It only works locally and does nothing to improve libido or desire. Sexual stimulation is always necessary.

My current regimen (avanafil + phentolamine) is extremely effective but it is completely useless if I'm not aroused.

You also seem to be anxious and anxiety is a major cause of ED. Relax and don't overthink it, it is still too early to draw any conclusions on Cialis. It's great that you're seeing a doctor soon, professional help is essential in these cases.

Cialis is not guaranteed to work every time. It depends on when you last ate, what food is in your stomach, your mood, and what stimuli you are experiencing at the time, among others.
