Did he do a penile nerve block on you?

I have no idea. All I know is a nurse put in an IV and the next thing I know I'm waking up from a dream with bandages on my prize.

Congrats! I had mine last week, 8am Tuesday, with Dr Karpman! It has been a pretty good recovery so far! Never had much penile pain, just some pressure from the reservoir, and my balls telling me they don’t appreciate the company of the pump. Haha.

If they did a block you dick will still be numb. I can't feel anything when I touch my dick head. The rest of it is mummy wrapped loll

If you're already visiting FT on the computer you are definitely doing good. I didn't touch my computer for a couple weeks because I couldn't tolerate to sit in the chair.

Thank all you guys for the replies and encouragement. No real pain so far just pressure behind my balls and burning when I pee, from the catheter, during surgery.

Week one of my implant. Doing good so far. No bruising other than the snake eyes on thee head and a small place on the right side of my sack. Still have an achy dick, kinda like the Trimix ache. Still icing and take Tylenol for the pain . Only took two pain pills since the surgery and one of those was for the 3.5 hour ride home from Atlanta.
I was implanted with a 24 cm Ex large Titan with 1.5cm RTE's. He told me I didn't lose any length but I haven't pumped it yet so I don't know about length or girth yet. I guess he measured me after the surgery. It's the first thing he said when he walked into recovery.

Regarding the length, he probably pumped you up as part of confirming the device's operation while you were still unconscious.

Congrats, and I hope your recovery goes great! You mentioned you have 24+1.5 (25.5cm) device...What was your usable length previously, if you don't mind me asking? I mention because I got a 22+1 (23cm) device, but mine goes pretty far inside me, I've actually only got about 16cm usable length (which matches what I had before the surgery).
