You don't give enough information. How long you had it? Model & brand is important also.
First guess would be a likely loss of saline fluid.

Call the Coloplast Patient Liaison. That's what they are there for. Talk you through questions like this and are already paid for (unlike most Doctors' offices).

Sounds like you have a leak in the system. It just happened to me again also.

Modern pumps have a safety bypass that prevents you from putting too much pressure against your glans. When it goes flat can you still squeeze but nothing happens?
2nd possibility. Pumps also have a safety lock out feature. In this case it just shuts you down and stays flat/empty. Sometimes I just hit the release button and start over. Other times I have to go through the unlock procedure.
If you have a leak after just a few tries you will run out of juice and it's game over. That one is easy to know.
Good luck!

i had this issue a year ago, then it somehow just went away by itself. It only happened on maximum inflation, so i thought it might be a pressure safety thing, but i am not sure. Now, it never happens---so there is hope for you

On my leak. It just kept getting worse and worse. Each time I cycled I was softer and softer.

Good luck.
