Glans
Glans
Hi, I am 24 years old and today I went out of hospital with ams lgx 21cm + 1rte. Before surgery I had 16cm now I have 14cm and floppy glans cause cylinders end few milimeters under the bottom of glans? Is there any chance that it will improve with cycling? Or the surgery wasn't done good? By doctor tells me to be patient but you know I'm kinda nervous. Sorry for my English, thank you
Re: Glans
Don't judge until you have been cleared to start cycling the implant (inflating and deflating). The doctor may have left you deflated and it's possible there are accordion folds in the implant keeping it from fully deploying into the tips of your corpora. Once you start to cycle, you may want to inflate to 50-60% a couple of times then bend slightly in the four directions, up/down/left/right to try to even things up a bit. The doctor may also recommend pulling back on the glans to seat the tips before fully inflating it. That can sometimes help to get the dog-ears or folds out of a new cylinder too.
You will likely increase a bit in length and definately in girth during cycling. I was about 4" after surgery and I'm back to about my maximum 6" on a good day when inflated. Six inches is 0.1" longer than 15 cm which is the length of my implant. I've got more length than my implant due to the extra tumescence of my glans, the position of the distal tips in the glans (~0.25-0.30" before tip) and the fact that I've got an insanely short crus that stops right under the pubic bone.
My length now (as yours will likely be) is more than sufficient for everything I need to do with it. I just can't have any "LONG DISTANCE" relations across the room but I never could before surgery anyway so that's okay.

Still give it time though. Once you start cycling it will stretch out some. The AMS 700 LGX expands a considerable amount in length when pumped to 100% so you will probably find it's adequate to get into the tips as it is.
Since the LGX has a 20-25% length expansion capability, a 14 cm cylinder can expand up to 2.8 cm longer or 16.8 cm (more if the 25% number that's cited by some sources is to be believed).

Re: Glans
Not exactly addressing your glans but.....your dick and balls have just had a "severe trauma". With every passing day, week and month, it will get better....Good luck, man!
