I did my first day of cycling yesterday. It was a different type of pain sensation. I could only stand to pump up to about three o’clock without feeling a bit uncomfortable. How erect can I expect after three weeks? Is one or two o’clock possible? I’m sure it’s going to take me a while to get used to pinching the ball between my nuts.

Your final fully inflated angle will depend entirely on your anatomy. A lot of implantees say they hang around 3 o'clock but some have a higher angle closer to 2 o'clock.

Fully inflated I am at 3:00. That’s how I was before as well

And I hang about 4 o'clock (maybe a little lower). I have no crus to speak of, with my proximal corpora terminating directly underneath the pubic bone, so a little fat pad weight, a little loose suspensory ligament and it pushes things down a bit... I thought I was short-changed with my angle until I re-watched an old masturbation video I did 25 years ago and found at one point when I took my hand away I was hanging about where I do now.

Thanks guys!

One more question: When does cycling become less painful? I can barely go 30min, but this is only day three. I purposely did not fully inflate my second time due to the intensity.

Everyone is different, but I assume “pain” equals stretching. I am cycling 3-4 times a day

Yes, the pain is from stretching. I was advised only once a day at 30min, but that was almost unbearable at day three. Day four isn’t bad, but I’m a long way from having the confidence to cycle three times a day. Will give it some time for things to loosen up.

I didn’t start cycling until 3 weeks after surgery. Give it some time

Sorry for the confusion. I was also told to start cycling after three weeks. I was cleared to start cycling and I’m on day five and it’s getting less painful. I’ll give it time.

Btw I couldn’t imagine cycling three days after surgery. Yikes haha

You're doing extremely well in my opinion. Mine hurt intensely at the 10 minute mark at first. 20-30 mins fully inflated was like a celebration. It took me several weeks to work myself up to 60-75 minutes. I think you're doing great. This is uncomfortable territory, give yourself credit...day three? Damn man!
