Cool sensation in abdomen after some weight loss

Hello all. I have had my titan touch implant for about 6 months now. Recently I have been losing some weight and I'm starting to notice and some sensations I haven't before. I can feel more tubing and Possibly the reservoir my lower abdomen. I also notice a cool sensation in my lower abdomen at times right around where I think the reservoir is. I thought maybe it was a slow leak from the reservoir but the pump has been working fine sense. I can pump till the ball gets rock hard and everything. Anyone other skinny guys who feel the reservor in abdomen or feel a coolness around reservoir?

I also have same cold feeling especially after having inflated penis for 30 minutes. When saline goes back to reservoir, I feel cold sensation in my right lower abdomen where reservoir is placed.
I also lost 17 pounds but I had cold sensation before weight loss.

That would make sense, water has a high latent heat capacity. So it would take a while for the now cooler than your body temp saline to return to normal internal body temp upon return to the reservoir. Especially if the blood flow in your penis wasn't so good, which presumably it's not.

That's cool, literally and metaphorically. It must feel weird.

I have read of skinny guys feeling the tubing much more. At least we have an excuse to be fat bastards now.

Thanks for the input guys. All that makes sense I feel like i feel the coolness pretty randomly though not allways right after deflating. It just seems strange that im just now feeling it after 6 months. But then again I lost like 15 pounds recently and I am pretty skinny now 6'2 190 Ibs so that could be the cause. I jusr really hope its not a slow leak out of the reservoir. I honestly don't even know what that sensation would feel like but probably something like what I am feeling, a sense of coolness in the lower abdomen. But pump and all atill working fine.
