I don’t want to mention his name, but he is the most popular high volume URO in Dallas.

Well, I absolutely hope you are able to get that fixed, and with as little cost to you as possible. Best wishes to you.

PCHelp, if it was the Dallas High-volume surgeon I think you're talking about, he also trains others and very frequently a less skilled (no skill?) doctor is actually doing the work under his tutelage and supervision. Are you sure the doctor specifically did your surgery and not a student?

Depending on what the issue is that's causing an alleged leak, it may be a relatively easy revision (replace leaky connector, cut out bad part of tubing, replace pump or reservoir) or it could be more of a major "total-replacement" revision if the cylinder is leaking.

Hey Wayne.. Did we happen to see the same photos by any chance?

Not exactly. For whatever reason when I first replied only an 1.5 hours later (the second message in this thread), I wasn't able to see any images in his message and went strictly from what he typed.

I see now why, check out his edit on the SEP 8th message:

I believe you are correct, and when I went back for my revision in 2017 he swears he installed it

No, it's all good. You edited your original post and it read as though the CT photo was there all along but it was added about 2-3 weeks after the post was originated.

I figured it out - no problem at all.
