50% inflated and 90% inflated

Hi, I had implant surgery with ams lgx 21cm + 1rte 17 days ago. I started lightly masturbating just few days after surgery and till now I can see that when I am inflated to max 50% I get perfect glans engorgment, I can feel that some blood fill penis and can easily reach orgasm but when I inflate to 80-90% my dick is cold, glans is small and I don't feel much pleasure. I know that I just had surgery but had anyone similiar situation?

Hi, I got implanted at the same age as you.

This happens to me when I inflate to 100%, it is due to internal pressure and breaking/stretching scar tissue. I prefer masturbating at 60% inflation and penetration at 90% inflation.

17 days is sincerely very early to see healing, just wait and it will most likely get better, they say that it takes up to a year to see full nerve healing.

I'm about 4 weeks out of surgery, haven't cycled yet and left partly inflated. One thing I've noticed is that the 3rd nut is cool to the touch. In addition to restricted blood flow your shaft is now water cooled.
