Pelvic floor electrical toning

Postby Captain1117 » Sat Sep 12, 2020 10:42 am

We all have probably read about Kegel exercises but not sure how many practice it regularly.
EMS devices are used widely in physical therapies to stimulate and tone muscles using low voltage electric stimulation.

Found this device which mentions a therapy for ED

Has anyone tried similar approach

My PT had me buy one after an RP. Not exactly the same unit but I think it really helped tightening my muscles. The Electronic tens unit I purchased was only $40.. and probe $20.00. Set to 10 seconds stem and 20 seconds off. Intensity to your tolerance level. now use tens unit for muscle aches also. Bought both units on amazon.Rectal probe was heart shaped with a ring molded into it for insertion and removal. ADD ON,,, Amazon,, see K-fit Kegel stimulator and the 7000 tens unit. both for around $60.00
