Big vein penis question

Hello im a 20 year old male who had performance anxiety and i took some pills and noticed a big buldging vein on penis when flaccid but goes away when erect is that a damaged vein or something does Enhancement pills causes vein to poke out big like that?

Without seeing a pic of what you're talking about it'll be difficult for anyone to give you a definitive answer, BUT - the enhancement drugs work by opening up your blood vessels to allow more blood to flow into the erectile tissues on your dick and let it get engorged and erect. So it would make sense that when you're flaccid the veins are expanding to allow that increased blood flow, and then when you're erect the veins are full, so it appears to be normal.
Of course, there are other options as well, like a thrombosis, etc, but really only a doctor can help you see if everything is normal. But if it looks good when erect, and not swollen or bruised, good chance all is well.

Then you're probably okay - the drugs are just getting your penis ready to swell with more blood.

I dont use the drugs no more because i dont have ED just used them a couple of times
