Good friends, it's my second blog post, and of thousands and thousands of implants made every year in the world, I only found 14 with good results. I searched EVERYTHING on the internet and only 14 good results. All the others I found are slanted down, thin and with little firmness!
If the surgery that my urologist recommended me to stay in the quality of those in the video, I would be the happiest man in the world. I am young, 28 years old with erectile dysfunction since I was 17, depending on viagra in high doses to have a sexual relationship.
My questions:
1- Why do most implants I see on the internet point downwards? Are these 14 videos above really in the minority?
2- Do you believe that the Dr of these video clients, Gabriele Antonini, is the most highly regarded today?
3- Why do Doctors not post their patients' results after surgery? Why so afraid to show the results of the exams, since the patients' faces can be hidden? It really makes me think that the results in general are aesthetically bad. What do you think?

Sorry for so many questions, but taking the risk of never seeing my penis pointing up again makes me afraid, even with my severe erectile dysfunction, with 150 mg of sildenafil he can stay up. But the collaterals are insportable.

It is good that you ask questions.

It is common (in my country) to ask one's surgeon if he (or she) has patients willing to speak to you about their implant experience. The surgeon should (for privacy protection) give your contact information to those patients. Some surgeons already have a list of patients willing to give testimony who have already given permission to give their contact information to prospective patients.

I agree that you must ask the questions of your surgeon.

Why they don't share patient's experiences is strange to me as well, but, we do here. I have shown and told and shared and it helps the guy considering the surgery.

As for pointing down, i am afraid mine does. The days of my stiff cock, jumping with excitement, head pointed high in the sky are over for me. But, as i have said, again and again, if you do not have erections that are good, that pills or shots don't work, isn't one that points down better than none pointing anywhere? You are young. Think of all the years you have for unbridaled sex. Who cares if it points down so lpng as it IT POINTS! Get the implant. Your life will be phenomenal.

My friend, this is a last resort treatment… when all other methodologies have failed, this is what you get… please realize that there is a huge satisfaction rate with this procedure in both patients and partners… it more than likely will not point straight up towards your head but, it is a functional erection… I can tell you that with my first implant, I did not need to change anything to have sex in the positions that we wanted to… it’s going to be a little bit different but, the thing works… I don’t know what other countries do with the exception of Russia and the United States but, in The United States, we’ve got what are called HIPAA laws… it stands for Health insurance portability and accountability act laws. Basically, what happens in a doctors office stays in a doctors office unless shared by the patient… So, doctors in the United States are not legally allowed to share this kind of information unless the patient volunteers… like someone said above, look at all of our posts and then make up your mind as to if this is for you or not… I can tell you that it is 100% fair if you decide it’s not your time… I didn’t get this thing to look any prettier… I was implanted so that I could have a healthy sex life and impregnate my beautiful girlfriend… again, this isn’t for everyone but, I highly recommend doing something sooner than later if you are already experiencing problems and it’s taking large doses of Viagra to fix them… if that is still working or if you are OK living without sex for a while, just sit on the idea of it until you are ready… Best of luck!

Are RTEs or the lack of them (too short a cylinder) a factor in the hanging down position?

I understand your point of view. But once you see these videos with a firm penis pointing at your head, you would like it to be your case too. That simple. If an upward angle is possible, as seen in these examples, I would like to have a doctor whose likelihood of bringing these results to me increases ... I think a downward slope is not as satisfying as an upward tilt.

With my first implant, I was between 12 and 1 o’clock… this implant seems to be pointing at pretty much the same angle… I don’t know if the doctor that you choose will help to ensure a more upward pointing penis but, I think I can give you a little hint… someone may have said this already but, with both implants, I pointed the penis straight up and held it in with a jockstrap… most doctors actually recommend that you do this… luckily for me, that’s the position I like my penis to sit in naturally so, I’m sure that had a lot to do with things healing that way… I really do wish you the best of luck with this! i’m going to do more Internet research for you tonight in order to see what all of the science is behind this… it’s not fair that any of us have to suffer with this problem but, if we can find ways to make the best of it for ourselves and for each other, that’s a pretty good thing… be well!

Would that be a little bit up, or down? I was in doubt. Thank you if you can explain it in another way. A little up, down or straight.
