so, the results of my mri showed '' a 7,5 cm hipointense signal in T1 and T2 in the right corpus cavernosum, wich can be a area of perfusional alteration". In other words, there is a area of 7,5 cm in my penis where the contrast of the mri( and the blood) cant reach.

I sure need a gun.

I don't think a gun would cure the E.D. Probably make it worse.

suicide is probably a good choise. Here in Brazil an inflatable prosthesis plus the surgery will cost me like 25.000 USD. Also, im gonna need like what 7 prosthesis in life? thats insane.
The public health service in brazil gives us the malleable prosthesis for free, and the surgery also if someone has a recommendation for it.
I could have the malleable prosthesis and choose the surgeon.
Anyone knows if the malleable prosthesis maintain the lenght and girth?

I would DEFINITELY take the malleable before suicide. A properly implanted malleable will maintain length for sure, and girth up to a point.

I'm right at 15cm on a good day. Typically 14cm and I can fuck like a rabbit with my implant.

You're sweating the easy stuff. The doctor will do a stretch test before implantation and will put in what is right for your internal size. If *YOU* can stretch 15cm, you should be given 15 after the implant is inserted. Even if you're 14 though, or even 13, is that really so bad when you'll be able to fuck anytime you want, for as long as you want.

Get some perspective and realize that this isn't the end of life (nor does it warrant ending of your life). This is a speedbump and you *CAN* get over it and lead a happy productive sex life. Let it happen.

How good are your erections now? Where is the part of the penis that’s not able to get blood on the top, the base, or alongside the penis? Do you have any curves or dents?

Depending on these things I think you should only take cialis and add pentoxyfilline. Pentox has been shown the help reduce scarring from priapism. Additionally you can try to expand your chambers using VED.

You have to condition your penis and veins a bit but you can use cialis to get a good erection and use a VED to help expand your chambers. Do this after taking Pentox to help the medication get to where the scarring is.

One function of the vacuum erection device is to give the same benefits that nocturnal erections (used to) give.

I believe it helps pull blood through your penile tissues, maintain elasticity and maintain size.

Ok so i still think you should be using the VED device nightly. No more than 20 minutes total. Pump up and hold an erection for like 5 seconds then release the vacuum and do it again. A total of 20 minutes 1-2 times a day. Probably just once a day at night to start.

This will break down fibrotic tissue, keep your penis healthy and give you time to save if you do get an implant. In order to keep size you can also start doing traction with a rod device with a suction cup for the glands. That's more optional i'd say.

I also would still recommend using Pentoxifylline, you can look up the studies and results when used to treat priapism. It's also relatively unexpensive, at least compared to Cialis.

Your story sounds very similar to mine. I always knew I had some sort of scarring but when they did the MRI and the ultrasound nothing was found and they told me it was all in my head.

To cut a long story short I have went through every imaginable test in the last four years, some were so degrading that I already felt like I was fed up with life. I made the decision to have a penile implant and get it over and done with as pills stopped doing anything and injections didn't work well enough for me to want to put a needle in my dick.

I am recovering now so I don't know yet whether I'm happy with the implant or not but I hope it goes OK. If it makes you feel any better I am quite young too. I sometimes feel sorry for myself but it is what it is. What can you do?

Doctors who don't have an answer often fall back to the "it's psychological" explanation. In the distant past, that was the standard diagnosis for ED. Now I think that most cases of ED have a physiological component. I think (good) urologists can do a test to determine if you have, for example, venous leakage. Find a good urologist who knows what he's doing.

my family got extremely poor during the pandemic of covid, i had to sell my car(wich is something far more expensive in brazil than in the united states) to deal with debts of my father and medical debts about this shitty ED. i was and am unenployed, brazil got real messy during the pandemic, inflation, unenployment, fascist goverment.
So i started to drink more and more, and well, things got out of control. my gf lost her admiration in me and broke up with me 3 months ago. now she is with another guy.
im felling guilty of all this shit, alcoholism is a shitty thing.

I have a dent/narrowing on the left side of my penis due to a trauma from Trimix injections, I went to Dr Trost ( world renown Peroynes specialist) and I asked him about using the VED for my fibrosis, he told me not to use it, he said to me that VED can make fibrosis worse.
For the young guy from Brazil, I completely feel your pain. I have a deformed penis due to a Trimix injection and my erections are bad, and also I don't want to have an implant, I couldn't mentally handle having an implant in my body.
