Cialis and Ejaculation Frequency

Hey men - strange topic, I know. My uro at Mayo Clinic diagnosed me with a mild case of Peyronie's. He put me on daily Cialis 5 mg, and I'm in the middle of my second month.
I've noticed that I seem to be producing semen at a much higher rate than prior to Cialis. As in I'll ejaculate and within 24 hours can already feel it building back up with the need to empty again. If I don't masturbate (not currently in a relationship) then I'll leak semen throughout the day, or when I urinate there will be a significant amount of semen with the urine. Sometimes I get that "blue balls" feeling even after having emptied everything out recently.
I'm wondering if the increase in nightly erections (the main reason they prescribe Cialis for PD) is sending the signal to my body that it's "go time" more often and it is increasing semen production to keep up with what it perceives is my increased sex frequency.
Does that make sense or seem logical?
Any other ideas on why my production would be up?
Has anyone else experienced this?

I have the opposite problem, barely any semen. I am convinced this is because of an anti baldness drug called dutasteride, which decreases DHT levels.

Cialis is not a PD treatment but it may be helpful, good blood flow is essential in these cases. I had a mild curvature but it has improved over the years and is barely noticeable today.

Interesting, I've been on a low maintenance dose of Cialis for a cople of months now (not for PD but just for PT), started at 10mg/dy and now mostly 5 mg, and the amount of seminal vesicle fluid has dramatically increased. It's a thick clear sticky fluid, composed of mostly fructose to nourish sperm. Getting a lot more nocturnal tumescence now also, 2-3 times a night. More blood flow. I'm actually flooding my partner now rather than vice versa in the young old days which is good with a more mature woman. We don't need any additional lube now. I read that 70% of a load is actually from the seminal vesicles and the prostate and testicals (if not vasectomied) contributes about 30%. Each fluid has it's own characteristics and purpose.

I have read that PDE5 inhibitors can increase Testosterone from the Testes.

I have lots of medical issues! My Dr switched me from low dose Viagra to!the 5 mg of daily Cialis to give me back my spontaneity! I have an intrathecal pain pump and spinal cord stimulator! Have had many back surgeries! My pain pump gives me a constant infusion of 10 MG's of dilaudid ! All the long-term pain meds knock out my testosterone and my thyroid! So ED was inevitable! But! The change to Cialis has indeed increased my semen production and my quantity of ejaculate and press ejaculate! Its seems to me!..all I need to do is think about sex now and I have wet drawers! I had this too on the V! But only when sexually a roused and only during for play! I attributed that to the testosterone injections I took weekly..but now I find that the daily Cialis has to be the only factor causing the excessive amt of fluid! I too suffer from anorgasmia and sometimes things get so slick that any sensation is gone

I have been taking 5mg of tadalafil daily for about 15 months and have also noticed an increase in semen quantity. As I am on exogenous T, my ejaculate levels dropped substantially due to the loss of LH and mostly FSH. So it was a very interesting to see this change and now hear this happens to other guys using PDE5 inhibitors chronically.

Someone PMed me to ask if I've measured the actual volume of my ejaculations, which I haven't done (yet), although I have seen some interesting posts online about shot glasses...

For me it's not so much that the actual volume is increased per sè, as the frequency at which it builds back up. Like I mentioned in the OP, I can literally cum today and feel that urgency again tomorrow that the plumbing is full and needs another emptying. I don't remember that feeling in recent years prior to Cialis.
