Hopefully there will be some folks who get a better understanding of what it means to have an implant from these videos so they can make decisions that are best for them.

It's possible that you might never reach 100% with absolutely no discomfort.

I'm almost one year since my implant and I thought (still do to a degree) think I was undersized proximally and also thought I was inflating to MAX because the pump bulb gets rock hard. I'm still comfortable when the pump gets this hard but I can still get little baby "micro" squeezes on the pump with both thumbs and index fingers and each time it gets a bit higher, a bit harder and at one point, a bit more uncomfortable. When I pump it to that level, it hurts on both sides, from the tip to the base where the tubes come out of my corpora, just under the skin.

What I'm trying to say here is, you probably shouldn't celebrate no longer getting pain when max pumping. You should celebrate when you still get pain if you pump just beyond what you thought was max. I thought I had all the therapeutic value I could get out of my implant until I found that it still hurts if I pump it past 99.5%, to 99.6 or 99.9 or 99.999, etc. Now I know there's still more stretching to be had, but unfortunately it's all in the sides/girth instead of length.

That's a helpful experience, thanks for sharing. Probably a long way to go before I'm there, so maybe if a towel hangs comfortably in the meantime, I'll get video of that.

Week 7 now, and more successful uses of the implant! When you consider that my husband has been pretty much stuck being a top for the past decade or so at least, he is definitely on the tighter side, but the implant makes things possible. I found I was able to grind and have pressure on the glans some more when I was highly aroused, with the tips causing less discomfort than they did at first. Of course, the very tip of my glans is soft, but it's not enough to prevent penetration. Several positions are a bit less comfortable still, really anything that puts direct lateral pressure (rolling the hips during cowgirl, for instance, tugs the base and pushes against the scar). None of the discomfort was intense enough to counter the pleasure, though...

We've got an old fleshlight-like sex toy that I was never able to use because it's super tight (tighter than ANY real ass I've been in) and super intensely textured...I tried that out the other day, managed to get in without much trouble, and to finish while using it. I caught the last couple of minutes on video, but I'm not sure how appropriate a video like that would be. It's pretty explicit, and includes orgasm. Either way, I'm shopping around for a toy that's way way WAY less tight and less textured internally...Hopefully one that feels more like the real thing, so I can enjoy the more subtle sensations. I don't expect my husband to suddenly start bottoming every day after topping for 10 years...He has been really sweet and encouraging in general.
