Did anyone gain or lose girth with Titan?

And if you did, what was your girth before the implant, was it smaller or larger than average?

I am thinking of having a Titan implanted within the next 6-8 months. I have been suffering from Peyronie's disease for the last 4 years, and I've now lost an insane amount of girth from that. I have PD on both sides of my shaft, so the scarring is preventing the penis from expanding fully on either side. I have moderate ED, but the main reason I'm (potentially) doing the implant is to increase my girth.

What has your experience been like? Did you have small or large girth before your implant and what was it like afterwards?

I was 7.25-7.5" length and 6.5- 6.75" girth give or take prior to my implant 10 months ago (Titan XL28cm no RTE). No Peyronies. I cycled aggressively per surgeon's protocol and my dick is inflated and very frequently used since. I've lost a full inch of length and nearly a full inch of girth. Yes, we've been very consistent with how we measure, and I'm absolutely certain of the dimensional losses.

At this point it's not credible to me that I will regain any of either. I'm the same size exactly today as I was when I first fully inflated after surgery. But I am fortunate for having had a good sized dick prior, to start with. So even with the losses I am I guess slightly above average now. What's not average is everything this Titan is capable of. It's ridiculously reliable and and instant and fun and just goes and goes and goes.

So I've reconciled and accepted the size loss in my mind, because we can now have literally whatever sex we want anytime and with whatever duration. For us the tradeoff has been very clear and extremely positive. The girth loss unexpectedly opened up anal for us, which was really challenging for her prior. So I guess "when one door closes, another door opens...". LIterally.

Just our experience. I know many guys are happy with Titan girth increases, so it's clearly a highly variable and individual thing that just we don't know until we know.

I never had much girth (4.25). Had surgery 1/19/19. I try to cycle as much as I can. I gained .25 in girth. I can see a difference. I'm hoping for a little more girth. I believe the material of the Titan is such that increased girth is very possible. These are just my thoughts and experience. Good luck!

Sounds like we may have had the same PD issues. I was just implanted 8/10, so the jury is still out for me. Technically, I’m not supposed to “activate” until I see the doc on 9/16, but I have been healing well and I couldn’t wait. Seems probable that i will get girth back. I “shouldered off” significantly at the PD site (both sides) and didn’t fill out above the PD and although I still have less girth at the top than the base, there is no more “shouldering off”. More importantly, it is solid and no more hinging. I am hopeful that I will gain some girth and length back. I had good elasticity heading into surgery.

How is the flaccid state for you. At this point is it sticking straight out or more relaxed? I am getting a Titan Oct 26. Can you bend the flaccid penis to the side or even down at this point? Thanks!

I was about 14 cm (5.5") girth just before implant, which was same as I had been all life.
Now, 5 years after implant, I am slightly larger. About 14.4 cm (5.7"). This girth was reached about 6 months after implant and nothing has changed since then.
As I have been describing in "My Journal" here on FT, my length increased more. I was 16.5 cm (6.5") before implant (and all my life as well), and after about 1-2 years of cycling and using the implant, I reached 17.8 cm (7").

I should however add that I don't want to give anyone thinking about an implant some kind of hope that you will get a longer dick. I think I am one of very few, perhaps the only one, here who has reported increased length vs your peak days before implant. Some have reported longer dicks vs pre-implant, but then mostly comparing to a dick that had already shrunk due to years of ED. As far as I know, my dick never shrank. I was 16.5 cm always. Why I am 17.8 now is something I cannot explain. I am open to the possibility that there is some measurement error going on here, but I really think I do measure the same way now as before. Plastic ruler, bone pressed when erect and with blood filled glans.

Do you guys think that the size girt you have before surgery determines whether or not you will gain or loose girth after thee surgery? In other words,after a certain size girth is the Titan incapable for giving an increase in girth? In other words it has reached the limits of expansion.

Thicker dicks need thicker implants just like longer dicks need longer implants. Reading men’s forums I see sizes 3” girth to 7” girth. 7” girth is over five times the size (volume) of a 3” girth if they are the same length. I believe the implant can help engorge other tissue around it along the shaft but if the shafts to thick it would be like putting a bike tire tube inside a monster truck tire. The company’s that make these implants don’t seem to care much about the guys over a certain girth. Would it be that hard to have more options of tube sizes.

I was watching videos before I had surgery and one of the surgeons made the statement that
the Titan would give you a certain amount of cms in girth. I can't remember the number but I was over the limit of what he stated at that time. I have heard others say it was only limited to your anatomy. All I know is that I was implanted with a 24cm Titan xlarge with 1.5 cm rte and that I was 7 1/2" before the surgery in girth. I am only 6" now in girth. I maintained my length but lost girth. I'm only six weeks out so I am hoping that over time I will regain my girth.

Seven and a half inches is approaching coke can thickness/girth/circumference.

Was that measurement at the base, mid shaft or behind your glans?

Hard to believe that there are guys out there with that much natural girth, or maybe I am just envious, jealous, and coveteous.

So sorry bro for your loss of girth after your implant. What says your wife on this much loss????

That's a lot of girth guys, surely at some point there are diminishing returns.

I'm surprised guys are worried about this, for the following reason...

Sorry to be a bit crass, but apparently during sex, say missionary, if you push down on the entrance and use it to pivot the shaft into the anterior (top) wall, it makes it feel girthy to a female partner. I would think that with a rock hard implant, this technique would be obtainable.
