Did anyone gain or lose girth with Titan?

Thicker dicks need thicker implants just like longer dicks need longer implants. Reading men’s forums I see sizes 3” girth to 7” girth. 7” girth is over five times the size (volume) of a 3” girth if they are the same length. I believe the implant can help engorge other tissue around it along the shaft but if the shafts to thick it would be like putting a bike tire tube inside a monster truck tire. The company’s that make these implants don’t seem to care much about the guys over a certain girth. Would it be that hard to have more options of tube sizes.

I was watching videos before I had surgery and one of the surgeons made the statement that
the Titan would give you a certain amount of cms in girth. I can't remember the number but I was over the limit of what he stated at that time. I have heard others say it was only limited to your anatomy. All I know is that I was implanted with a 24cm Titan xlarge with 1.5 cm rte and that I was 7 1/2" before the surgery in girth. I am only 6" now in girth. I maintained my length but lost girth. I'm only six weeks out so I am hoping that over time I will regain my girth.

I’m at 5.5” and feel pretty good about my girth, I could only imagine what 6” would be like let alone 7”+. I hope you enjoy what you got you are very big. I should ask my surgeon how much fluid he put in my resivour and you could ask yours too. Several months ago I maxed out my implant and now I’m able to use all the fluid in it. I have a 26cm implant and you have a 24cm implant so if we got the same amount of resivour fluid, idd imagine that your tubes would have a higher max girth then mine. As long as your not using all your fluid you still haven’t reach your max girth with yo implant tubes. I can get an extra 1/3” of girth if i go slow and am aroused but it took awhile post op before I started getting my sensation back.

Did you happen to do any other measurements pre op? Like the diameter of your erection? I’m at 2.3” at my biggest spot. Maybe your urethra (underside of erection) is not as big as it was before but the rest of your measurements are close to the same size as they were.

Thanks for your reply. I know I am still thick but it's like having an 8" cock before surgery and coming out with a 6.5" after the surgery. 6.5" is still above average and is a nice dick but it wasn't what he went in with. I guess my girth issues are the same. It's just what I'm used to having.
I measured every way you can think of before the surgery and also have pictures of my erections before surgery. I took pictures with me to my appointment pre surgery so he could see that I was being honest in my measurement claims. He said few men had ever came as prepared as I did and that he wished they would.
I've had some of the members here, with very thick cocks, tell me that they gained girth over time. I sure hope I'm the same. If it doesn't happen it will be fine. I'm just new to being implanted and wondering what the end results will be.

I gained .5 inch in girth. The penis was very flat looking ( rectangular) but that did improve a bit after 12 months. Still not oval but a lot better than the flat cricket bat i started with.

And if you did, what was your girth before the implant, was it smaller or larger than average?

I am thinking of having a Titan implanted within the next 6-8 months. I have been suffering from Peyronie's disease for the last 4 years, and I've now lost an insane amount of girth from that. I have PD on both sides of my shaft, so the scarring is preventing the penis from expanding fully on either side. I have moderate ED, but the main reason I'm (potentially) doing the implant is to increase my girth.

What has your experience been like? Did you have small or large girth before your implant and what was it like afterwards?

No Peyronies for me so I wouldn't want to wade into how the implant experiences work in the context of PD.

I'm almost 11 months out and yes, lost about a full inch girth and length both. Was about 7.5" length and 6.5" girth pre-implant (organic hardons, then on pills, then TriMix, similar sizing all my life). Cycled very aggressively and consistently, did everything they told me to do. Used an extremely experienced surgeon. Am under zero illusions (or delusions?) that I'll ever get any of that sizing back. Zero interest in VEDs, my surgeon has fixed multiple implant failures (both tubing and cylinders, apparently) due to VED so no way for me. I hear others use them of course, and successfully maybe, but I'm personally unwilling to tempt that fate.

But 100% would do this again, even knowing ahead of time the size loss was a certainty. Seriously. This new dick has delivered so much fun and has removed so much bullshit anxiety and has opened so many new doors, it's ridiculous.

It's surprising that you lost an inch to 6.5" with a 28cm Titan XL. Do you have the notes from your surgery? Do you know the depth of your crux? At 28cm I would expect you to be 8" based on other testimonies. How soon did you start to cycle the implant?

I'd be very happy with a 6" girth, so ya'll were very lucky before. Even before Peyronie's I had a fairly skinny dick. When i use a cock ring my dick goes up to like 5.5" girth and i'd be happy with that lol.

I would be ecstatic with anything over 6" girth.

I think that something like doing vacuum device post-therapy can help maximize the girth an implant over time by expanding both the tissue and the tubes of the implant.
