That is very encouraging that your night time erections have returned.
The exercise has most likely helped, even though it was intense.

I mentioned pelvic floor issues mainly because you seemed to have reached a dead end.
I believe it is a real thing, but cannot say if it's part of your problem or not. But worth considering.

Age 57, ED issues for 15-20 years. Testosterone replacement with Enanthate and Ovidrel. Currently using generic Tadalafil 2.5mgs and Resveratrol daily.

Ok I’ll have a look at that thread...one more thing. Do you think the problem I have could be anything to do with blood pressure possibly? Like different pressure when sitting vs standing??? The doc said my blood pressure was normal but he took it whilst sitting down? Has anyone heard about blood pressure being a problem when finding it difficult to maintain an erection whilst stood up?

From what I understand I think only orthostatic hypotension could cause this, but there would be a number of other symptoms present too.
