Phenylephrine to inject to same side? How often?

Postby Hero123 » Mon Oct 26, 2020 3:13 pm

Should Phenylephrine be injected into same side as Trimix or the other? If to the other, then that both sides will be used and injection of Trimix 2 days later will go to the same side that was used for Trimix or Phenylephrine last time. Is that ok?

Also, should Phenylephrine be injected 2.5 units every 5 min? That's a lot of stinging, isn't it??

Lastly, if I want to pee during the 3-4 hrs of Trimix caused erection, I pretty much would be able to do it with erections, right? How do you guys cope with it?

It was prescribed in an injectable form to me by my doctor alone with Trimix as an antidote for Trimix in case if I inject too high of a dose and erections lasts for more than 4 hrs.

Unless you have a medical condition or you've had experiences which cause you to feel you're particularly susceptible to a priapism, I think you're over thinking all of this. Work your way up on the med volume conservatively (titration) and you're unlikely to have any major problems.

I was never prescribed any antidote and never had or used anything other than pseudoephedrine decongestant pills. I've never needed an antidote injection. Early on I did have some longer than desired erections but nothing extreme. Just use caution and be patient. Don't rush titration. The vast majority of guys never need an antidote injection.

So, I'm sorry but I don't have any suggestions, based on experience or study, on injecting antidote drugs. I suggest you put the question to your doctor and follow his/her advice.
