Those who’ve 4.5 inch girth, I’ve a question

I am going to get implanted in early December and I need to decide between Coloplast Titan and AMS LGX. My penis length is 5 and half inches and girth is 4 and half inches. I want to maintain my size and want good erection and good flaccid state. I am inclining towards LGX model but the Dr said that with 4 and half inches girth, Coloplast will ensure I recover my girth, however with LGX, I may end up with a slim penis. He said this is because LGX has 18cm cylinder vs 23mm for Coloplast Titan. Is that true?

Those who have the LGX, what is your penis size and did you recover all your size back after operation? I am particularly interested in those who had or have 4.5 inch girth.

I don't see how it could actually matter one way or the other, especially with an average natural girth. Both the LGX and the Titan expand in circumference to fit your actual anatomy. What you bring to the operating table is what you're going to get. If you lose size, it will be from scarring, atrophy or other anatomical problems.

I was just implanted 10/13 with a titan narrow base 18mm. Was supposed to get the standard titan but had some scaring so it wouldn't fit. Dr says I'm pumped at about 50% now. My girth is currently almost 5" and feels slightly smaller than I had when using a VED. I thought the standard titan cylinders were 22mm??

Great question. I am 6 inch length 4.5 girth post-surgery. I went with the Titan. I lost no length.. With aggressive cycling I gained .25 girth. I was 4.25 girth before surgery. Coloplast is known for increased girth. In my case obviously that was true. It's amazing how noticeable a .25 increase in girth looks. Best of luck!

I’ve two main concerns/questions:

1. A stiff flaccid state of Titan making it difficult to hide penis when wearing pant compared to LGX. Can you bros share your experience regarding the flaccid state? How soft has it become over the time?

2. Does the cylinder thickness matter for my 4.5 inches girth? I mean LGX has 18mm thickness and Titan has 22mm thickness. But after talking to some members here, they have 4.5” girth and 5” girth with LGX. So the Dr’s concern that I may possibly end up with slim penis as a result of LGX isn’t correct it seems, or is it?

Have you factored into your desires on how you will dress. I think you say that you live in south asia. Is your daily clothing of western style or the style of your country? I feel like some of that might affect what your outcome will look like. Which ever style of clothing you wear the most. Have you ever noticed another man's penis that was above average in size? Meaning, how well your choice of clothing may hide a Titan that might appear to be partially errect for quite some time before it softens some. Then just how much of a fashion error is the appearance of a partial erection in public?
I only mention this because most of the members of FT wear western style clothing & are likely to give advice based upon that style of clothing. You should be comfortable in your public appearance in your native country.

I, along with most folks here, wear western style clothes so I am looking for advice based on that. Also, how long does it take for the Titan flaccid to become soft enough and does that softness helps with hiding it properly in western style clothes.
