Well I am still waiting to see if my Titan will ever relax enough so it does not show. I was implanted 14 months ago and when wearing jeans it hangs down my pant leg and my wife always makes a comment before I go some place. I don't give a damn if it does show I am just glad it can get hard. :D

Increased girth is even throughout the entire length of the shaft.

Did the doc implant with you 18mm or 22 mm Titan cylinder? I feel for folks like us with 4.5" girth, a normal 18mm cylinder would fit. 22mm would be too big for us.
A young guy in his early 30s from South Asia. Implanted Titan 22cm by Dr. Tariq Hakky in Atlanta (Dec 2020). Amazing doctor! No pain during recovery. My size is 5.75” x 4.6” which is better than pre-OP size of 5.6” x 4.5”. Hoping to gain more in future.

I believe I was implanted with 22 mm. I have to double check but I'm pretty sure 22 mm.

I was implanted in August 2020 with a AMS 700 LGX and its been GREAT! I have regained all my girth back of 5.25 and gained .25 more my length is almost all the way back before I was at 7.75 right after implant I was at 6.0 and as of this week I'm at 7.25 I hope to get 8.0 but happy with what I got so far. The AMS LGX will give you Length and Girth where the rest will only give you girth. I really like how the LGX flaccid penis hangs and not shows in my pants as I where blue jeans all the time.
I'm cycling at less once a day for about one hour.
65yr old Had ED for over 10 year tried everything Had Implant on 8-17-2020 AMS 700 LGX 21cm + 1cm RTE

After deletion you need to purge the deleted. There should be a button somewhat to free up pm space on your pm dashboard. Or it's a button to release messages on hold.

Could you clarify the 18mm vs 22mm question for me as well? im 4.25 girth as well and deciding which model to get.
