There are two surgeons who I have looked closely at their technique. Dr Eid in NY and Dr Kramer in zBaltimore. Eid has videos and an elobrate written discriptipn pf his method. Kramer has hundreds pf videos. Both recommend scrotal approach. Kramer in one of his videos describes why he preferrs penile svrotal. From what I can remember it has better access on the cylinder axis as well as easier pump placement. Also Kramer says if there are complications (fibrosis). It is easier to handle. Many men sre very happy with infra pubic ( faster healing and Perito does not serial dialste preserving more erectile tissue. It just seemed to me that penile scrotal made more sense. My last post made me laugh. I watched so many IPP surgery vidoez my said to me 'if i see one more penis on my tv i will strangle you"
