I could feel how far my penis was inside me when using Trimix. I had a very deep cruse. Do you have a shallow cruse, or deep? RTEs do not short change your erection as many claim here. I have 15 cm of inflatable implant with about 2 cm of base attached to a 5 cm RTE. There is no movement between the implant and rte. All my RTE is inside me. Being that large a Coloplast titan would be a better choice. Are you a shower or a grower now? I have seen mention of 27cm of implant on here. In the search bar type in,27 cm.

For example, if you do get night time tumescence but it's not as hard as what it used to be, will that cause shrinkage?

It is not like a light switch. As in it does not start all at once. The damage is like diabetes. It is progressive but steady in nature. I cannot quote any study on this statement. Lets say that you used to get 5 nighttime erections. I highly doubt that if you're getting only 1 that you are safe.

Get on a size preservation cycle. If you don't see much chance of your e/d at least becoming stable. Btw, e/d is a progressive condition most of the time. Get your butt into a good urologist that has the ability to do implants. His honesty will likely shock you. He won't try to talk you into an implant. The good surgeons are not short on patients. My first appointment was almost 2 months away from my phone call.

I've now had very weak erections for about 8 months after getting Peyronie's from a sex injury. Did you use traction or VED during the time you weren't getting erections? Did you take measurements during that time. I've been diligently doing traction and VED and measuring objectively but curious about your case.

Do you think an 18-21mm Titan would have given you better girth or was your girth lost due to irrecoverable shrinkage? I know the CX goes to 12mm only.

I've been using a ved sporadically for several months. Been comparing to my stretch test. Picked up 2cm fairly quick. I don't have a good pre e/d bone pressed measurement. But i do have a non pressed number. I have not lost any flacid girth, only length. I'm relatively confident that if I maintain where I'm at. When I get closer to surgery I can reach my goal with steady ved use and a LGX.

Erection is hard enough to hunt with. But, due to length i dont stand past 3:oo when inflated. Erection length great, flacid length freakish (also 8 inches), girth a bit thin, and erect angle...meh.

Hi - according to my surgeon - only Titan (as opposed to AMX) offer more variety of larger-size options for the implant, thereby making it less likely that you need will need an RTE if you go for Titan than AMX (if you don't know, it's preferred to not have to go for RTE where possible).

The thing that has been notieceable since the implant, is that my erections won't ever go above 90-degrees. At most, probably about 60-75 degrees up from a downward-vertical line. Apparently, this is common for larger-size penises that they won't always point up. Still, would have been nice if my penis could point upward during erections.
