Quick question for those who are implanted.

1. What is it like to continue sex after orgasm, still enjoyable?

If you can power through the glans sensitivity you can go without stopping. Most guys are hypersensitive in the glans right after cumming so you would probably have to slow down or pause for a moment (30-45 seconds maybe) to let the sensitivity decrease before continuing but when I did this as a teenager during my first encounter with my now wife, I just stayed in for 20-30 seconds until moving didn't send lightning bolts through my soul anymore, then I started up again and went on to a second orgasm about 20 minutes after.

1. It's glorious. Not kidding. I don't have much of any glans sensitivity so we really don't have any limitation. We will start, stop, start, stop, but I can keep fucking and can come a second time. The second orgasm takes more time but when it happens it's usually crazy. And awesome. Maybe I'm fortunate, in that I don't have discomfort even over long periods of thrusting and changing from vaginal to anal to whatever...over 1.5 - 2 hours sessions. So my post-implant physical state of my penis complies with my mental state of being (ie, I like to have long, varied, energetic sessions, and the IPP does not let me down).

2. No. I keep myself usually max inflated, but it's just my preference. I have let some fluid out during a session (depends on what we're doing; she likes less inflation for oral). I've also re-inflated to max later in a session. But if I leave it at a given level of inflation, absolutely it stays exactly how it is. It's extraordinary. One caveat. You can still go at it as hard and long as you want while a bit tipsy shall we say. To much alcohol has zero effect on it.
