First time inflate question

Postby Cameron » Fri Nov 13, 2020 10:31 pm

Hi there, ive got an AMS 700LGX, 18cm with 4cm rte implanted on Oct 20. Ive pumped it up for the first time lastnight and again tonight. With it pumped up to me it appears to only be about 75% of my pre-operated size, i understand that in a few months with proper cycling i should be back to around my normal size and hopefully a little bit more being that its the LGX implant. Im assuming that because when im deflated my penis always sits a little to the left throughout the day, with that being said when its inflated the head isnt nice and central it kind of tilts off to the left and i can feel the top of the one cylinder. If i push the head to the center the tips of the cylinders are in the head of my penis roughly 3/8" to 1/2". Will this issue correct itself once the cylinders start to expand more from proper consistent cycling???

both cylinders are attached to 1 pump. One cylinder may pump up quicker than the other but when fully pumped both cylinders should be the same length into the glans. My doc had me 80-90% pumped the full 4 weeks of healing. (It hurt like hell) but I was at full length less 1/2 inch when I first used it. At 10 to 12 weeks I was full length of pre implant. I was only without erections for about a year. Cancer surgery took mine.

Think of someone with a knee replacement. The first time they walk is way different from after rehab and things usually just keep improving for months or even to a year. As far as your glans not setting on your cylinder tips you may want to ask your doctor. For now what I would do is to inflate and take a measurement. Then take it easy and do your work of cycling. Then after 2-4 weeks take another measurement and compare. Then repeat and enjoy as much as you can along the way. If you still have trouble with your glans after you are healed and your doctor cannot help you may want to try what I did. I would pull my glans out and turn them so they aligned properly with the cylinder tips and then inflated the cylinders up into the glans. I would not do this until you give things a chance to break in and heal and talk to your doctor though.

The good thing is that you are going to never have to worry about getting an erection again or going soft. And neither will your partner. Wooo hoooo!! If you want to talk just send me a PM and and I can get you my number. Take care and good luck.

Cameron, great question and thanks for asking. I was planning on asking the same question.

My Dr only had me pumped up 2 1/2 to 3". When I saw him at the 4 week check up he wasn't able to squeeze the pump because of the swelling inside my scrotum.

I decided to try and pump myself close to the 5 week mark. I can only pump myself up to slightly over 4". I was close to 7" when I could get a full erection.

Today is 5 weeks 4 days since my surgery. I'm still slightly swollen and sore inside my scrotum. I can not feel the ridges on the pump. I have to sit in a warm bath to find the deflate button even though I know where it is.

I'm relying on the members here who say that we all heal differently and others who've stated that it was months before they regained their length back.
