Im a 32 year old male who has been dealing with ED since he was 18 or so. I was diagnosed with situational ED as im still able to get hard when watching porn but any other time I can never get hard. My urologist in Texas is also a surgeon and has good reviews on these boards. I'm 6.1 inches in length but only 4.2 inches in girth in the center. I have read alot of horror stories here recently about people with smaller girths having disastrous results.
I was wondering if anyone has any input or knows anyone with a smaller package?
Getting an implant for a smaller penis? Any advice please

There is no issue at all. Go with Coloplast Titan because your length is good and Coloplast will help you increase your girth.
A young guy in his early 30s from South Asia. Implanted Titan 22cm by Dr. Tariq Hakky in Atlanta (Dec 2020). Amazing doctor! No pain during recovery. My size is 5.75” x 4.6” which is better than pre-OP size of 5.6” x 4.5”. Hoping to gain more in future.

I am 6 inches and was 4.25 girth. I have a Titan and my length stayed the same and my girth increased to 4.5. I plan on doing some more aggressive cycling after a long hiatus. I have high Hope's for even more girth. NO horror story here.
