Agfa13. You don't have to have the entire foreskin removed. It took me talking to several doctors before I found 1 that would only remove the small section that had phimosis. sent you a PM a while back, but telling you, pump it up, then put on a VED for a few minutes, take it off and you can get a few more pumps in, keep repeating that cycle, you'll be able to squeeze progressively a few more pumps into the cylinders and really expand that thing. I feel that's gotten me over my hump back to my pre-implant length. completely does not harm the implant. I got a good pump from LeLuv on ebay.

Today, something weird happened, and hoping it a one-off.
I pumped my usual 20 min+ session today, and when I got in about 45 min., I started to get that feeling the session going on for a while to long and getting uncomfortable. At this point, I also noticed that my dick had lost size and went down a bit.
Can anyone shed some light on what I experienced?
