Thanks LookingUp! Surgery done! I'm now in the hotel. Dr. Eid talked with my relative everything went good. I have considerable pain, awaiting 2 pm to take perecoet that should relief my pain. I am now implanted with 24+1rte. I was able to walk about 100 meters to reach my hotel and nurses were amazed about that.

Wow feeling much better now! I just took percocet at 2 pm, now it's 11 pm and I only took antibiotics, no more painkillers and I have almost no pain staying in bed. Only annoying thing is having to empty catether bag every 2 hours.
I'm using lots of ice as suggested by the doctor. On Saturday I will have to remove the catheter, I hope to be able to do it, I was instructed today on how to do it by a nurse.

This morning the pain in the penis has increased a bit. I'm staying in bed and thinking about taking percocet. If the pain continues i will take it. I called Dr.Eid but he was really busy since he was in operating room. He confirmed that surgery went good and he was also able to remove the old reservoir of the ams (in the pre op visit he told me that he was not sure to be able to remove it since it may cause damage).
He also gave the removed ams implant to my relative, I attach the pic of that bastard!

Steve87. I'm a bit sensitive to pain meds. I've had good luck by breaking or cutting them in half. If the first half doesn't provide enough relief then take the other half. Don't exceed the doctors orders for the total taken.
