2 Week Followup - Great

I went for my two week followup today, urologist was well pleased. A few minor areas that weren't perfect.

He decided that I need another 2 week run of Cipro. Finally let the implant down all the way, a relief after two weeks of protecting and hiding a partial erection.

I have another four weeks before I get to start pumping, but by same token I get to start using!

Found out what my sizing was 21cm cylinders with 2cm tips. More than I expected, hopefully I can make good use of the sizing.

Well, I will learn more 12/20/2012. Will document as part of My Journey - Stage 3, to be published some time later.

Wow! You should have a MERRY Christmas! I get to have a HAPPY Thanksgiving! I went for my six week post op visit today and got the green light to put it to use!!!!! He said all looked well and we both are very pleased with the results. I was implanted with 21cm with 1 cm extension and 12 mm cylinders. Have to go back in two months for checkup. It has become a part of me now and I am not even aware that I have the implant. Pumping is still challenging but he said that was normal and soon it would be second nature. Am wishing I would have done this ten years ago.. I talked to a fellow implantee that has had the CX model for over ten years and going strong so that really was good news. Great to here, Jim. I am definitely doing better in the adjusting department now. The implant is fully deflatedand will go where I point it. I still have to get used to having to stow way more than before. Nice locker room package.
