I had a tear in my sack, where my stitches were. An open hole for several weeks. It healed on it's own with no infections issues. The doctor monitored it closely and I had to make several trips to see him and let him make sure it healed properly. I wanted him to stitch it up but he said it would increase my risk of infection and that leaving it open was better since it had several layers of stitching below it.
Completely healed now and completely happy with my results

Thanks for your replies friends.
I will do as suggested, I'll keep doing the baths, maybe not too hot and not for too long, and I'll try to relax about it. Since now i washed it with normal soap and pat dried after as suggested by the doc. Can you suggest me a better way to keep it clean? Maybe it's better to use something like betadine after ?

Today after the bath, drying myself i noticed there was a little blood on the towel that come out forme the peeled in the above part of the cut. It was not much but enough to leave some clear traces on the towel. There was no pus or other fluids anyway.
I just wrote to the doctor i am a bit scared.. has this happened to anyone? can you tell me if it's normal?

Absolutely. Your experience so far is a perfect parallel to my experience with the Dermabond falling off my incision.

Thanks for sharing this Waynetho. Also the doctor told me that there's nothing to worry about and that it can happens. Just to know, the Dermabond then detached completely by itself?

Today I was able to inflate and deflate the implant by myself. I still have some swelling and little bit of hematoma in the testicle but i decided to give a try before coming back to Italy just to be sure to be able to do so without issues. No issues at all, i inflated it with about 10/15 pumps, so just a partial inflation since I have 24cm cylinders but it looked like so rigid, even more than my old ams fully inflated.
I kept it inflated for about 10/15 minutes and then i deflated it. I have touch pump so i just pressed the button for a couple of seconds and it started to deflate. Anyways, as suggested by the doctor i deflated it more squeezing the cylinders and after that the penis had a weirder shape.
I would like to hears about your deflation techniques, do you usually squeeze the cylinders or do you just press the button?

I have the AMS CX but I tend to "ROLL" my penis down most of the time and it avoids a lot of the "Road-kill" look. I bend my penis down in the middle and tuck my glans into the area where my incision used to be and then I squeeze the doubled-up dick to get the saline out. Sometimes after that, I'll roll it up and down a bit (still in a downward roll) to make sure the cylinders are uniformly curved down. This maximizes the downward hang for my deflated "flaccid" look. Keep in mind though, mine is an AMS CX, not a Titan but the process may work similarly but not quite as effectively on a Titan. I would think even with the stiffer cylinders, a bit of downward curling would help them to look better. Most videos I've seen of people deflating their Titans, either let it deflate naturally with very little squeeze, or they squeezed left & right which causes the edges on top & bottom which in theory will make it less likely to hang down. Squeezing top & bottom puts the edges of the deflated cylinders on the sides which means they shouldn't interfere with hanging down so much.

Yeah, good to know I'll try that!
Today after the bath i notice some skin irritation on the opposite side of where the pump is no it should not be related to inflation. I asked to the doctor sending a photo and he told me to don't worry and do nothing, but i still have some concerns since the skin pinches a little bit and it's more sensibile. I attach the photo, just to know if somebody had the same or can give suggestion, thanks.

I think everything looks good there, the overlying skin over the "bump" doesn't look red or irritated, so I don't think that it looks like an infection. I think your incision is healing nicely.
