Looks great! Does your glans still engorge? When fully pumped up, what’s your angle of erection, 3 o clock or 4 o clock? I am scheduled to get implanted by Dr Hakkey in a little more than a week. I met him yesterday, great guy, very helpful with answering questions. I am looking forward to my surgery!

You have said that your glans engorges when sexually stimulated. Can you mantain the blood flow in there, or you lose the glans engorgement if you are having sex or not stimulating?
And did your glans engorge even without stimulation BEFORE the surgery?

Yes I had glands engorgement before surgery. The glands is kinda new, being only 12 weeks out of surgery. I really don't know how much I will end up with. Maybe some of the guys who have had implants longer than me can answer that better than I can

Are you satisfied with 4 o clock angle? Most folks here seem to have 3 o clock or above angles. That’s what should be ideal, no?

I am happy with the angle. Of course I'd like it more if it were to hang at a higher angle but at 71 I''s sure my suspensory ligament has stretched and I have a lot of girth, that makes for a heavy penis.
It hasn't been an issue at all. I am totally satisfied with my implant. My wife told me last night that she really liked it and was surprised that she liked it as much as she does. Not having to worry about going soft has taken all the stress out of sex for both of us.
Your results, as far as angle goes, will be totally different than my own. It depends own your anatomy. You have made a wish choice with Hakky. He is the best urologist I've ever dealt with by far.

You're welcome. The benefits outweigh the deficits. It sure wasn't perfect before the surgery . None of us were or we wouldn't be here having these discussions now. Thanks God we have a remedy.
