My erection was good but not nearly as good as it used to be. And, for the first time ever, manual stimulation was necessary for me to get erect. Usually, just looking at my girlfriend's naked body is more than enough to get a hard erection but not this time.
I didn't feel as aroused as I normally do, I felt somewhat 'sedated' and this could be related to apomorphine. I remember I tried cabergoline a few years ago and I had a similar negative experience.
Hypotension was the worst part. I felt no dizziness when I tried apomorphine on its own but it was too much when I combined the other two drugs. Again, this same thing happened with cabergoline
I can't stress this enough: combination therapy increases efficacy but it also increases the risk of side effects. Always consult your urologist before you decide to try any new treatment or supplement.
I know I got a bit carried away on my thread about apomorphine, I had high hopes for this new regimen but now I'm not so sure. And I'm starting to think that my previous brand Zyprima was probably not so effective and the benefits were derived exclusively from Cialis. I'd love to know if anyone has tried the apomorphine tablets from The ED Clinic and had better results. So far, I've had little luck with centrally acting drugs (apomorphine, cabergoline).
Maybe I'm overreacting?
I'm confused and I don't know what to do. I still believe in combination therapy and I'm convinced the trick is to find the right combination and the right doses. Here are my future plans (i.e. treatments I would like to try next):
a) Cialis daily 5 mg: it allows for great spontaneity, I hear nothing but great things about it and it could improve vasculogenic health.
b) Oral papaverine, maybe it could replace oral phentolamine: I know RUGIET sells this but it is not an approved ED treatment and I don't know any studies.
c) Bayer's Serenia or other natural anxiolytic could be helpful, as well.
Any thoughts?
