Thanks indeed Flavio. When they say for example the highest percentage of efficiency of Sildenafil is 59%, it means 59% of men see improvement in their erectile function or each individual sees maximum 59% improvement in his erectile function? If the second one is correct I'm wondering how they can calculate the percentage?

I believe it's 59% of men.
Udenafil (brand name Zudena) seems to be an extremely interesting drug. Quick to act (less than 1 hour!) and the effects last for 10+ hours, which allows for great spontaneity.
The problem is udenafil is not yet FDA-approved and some of the online pharmacies that sell it seem a bit shady.
I have contacted Dong-A Pharm, the manufacturers of udenafil in South Korea, and asked them about reliable international retailers, let's see if they can help.
If anyone knows where to get udenafil, please send me a PM.
