Waking up with sac pain?

I’m 8 days out from surgery and realize I often wake up with considerable pain in my scrotum (and a bit in my penis). I know that I carry a ton of stress/tension in my pelvis and have been under an enormous amount of stress lately and I’m pretty sure it carries over in my sleep. When I’m reclining and relaxing on my la-z-boy there is almost no pain so that points to pelvic tension.

It’s also painful when I’m walking without any kind of supportive underwear.

Anyone else had this kind of stuff happen?

yes. you are still very early in your recovery. I wore a tight jock in the beginning , esp if doing any activity. I was bowling on my league within a couple of weeks.
